Reaction videos is mainly what I do. I have thankfully lived under a rock for most of my life, so a lot of things are new to me. Enjoying the beautiful, simple, and funny things in life is all I wish to promote.
I'm a family man, Chilean Immigrant, sales professional, lifter, and Christian.
To everyone that has supported the channel by being a viewer, subscriber, or donor, thank you. May you get everything you wish out of life.
I really don’t get anyone who says they should rename because of Chester’s passing. Yes he was the lead singer but he was not the one who created Linkin Park. That was and always has been Mike Shinoda. He created the band and got all the band members together that he chose including Chester. Chester was not Linkin Parks creator. As long as Mike is in there the band name being Linkin Park still has every right to be and definitely is Mikes choice to make. Plus the songs literally sound and have the LP vibe for sure so I don’t get people lol. LP was one of the first rock bands I ever listened to or whatever genre of music you want to mix them in. They could probably fall into multiple categories like light metal and heavy rock or just general rock or punk rock or whatever. Bottom line is it still sounds like LP for sure with Emily and she has a bangin voice like Chester did and definitely will bring LP to further glory.
I love Emily as their new singer. She's got the chops to sing live too. The next single, Heavy is the Crown is also the anthem for League of Legends Worlds 2024. Riot always delivers some stunning cinematics, so look forward to that.
Miss Franklin has always been number one one my list of extraordinary singers. What a gift she had and what a gift she was to us. My favorite song of hers -Chain of Fools. But this is exceptional.
You should watch all the interviews and videos behind the scenes to realize why and how it all came about. That helps me a lot to get a more positive feeling.
Here’s a fun fact for ya. I live in the burbs of Detroit where Aretha was from, (btw she was church trained not professionally trained). Anyway she always insisted on being paid in cash b/4 her performance therefore she always carried her purse on stage with her. I don’t know where she hid it but it didn’t leave her because it was full of cash. This was told by her niece after her death otherwise it could have been disastrous but it was kept a secret very well. 😮
Sebs man !! Nightwish is still Nightwish with no Tarja, they were Nightwish with Anette (totally different than Tarja) They are still Nightwish with Floor, they are still Nightwish without Marko, they were Nightwish with Yukka on drums they still are with Kai... Know what I mean? Its still Tuomas, its still Emppu its still Troy. The same we got here, its still Mike, its still Han.. THEY ARE Linkin Park. Chester deciding to log off from life left them alone with no asking anything. They wished to be the band, to play, to create new musuic and he left them. Why they cant still be what they are only becoz of his decision? they are LP they have right to be LP. Emily is fuckin amazing and there couldnt be nothing better for them.
Just found something you might enjoy about Prince. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-EQe0EoVoGqU.html This is from a MN new broadcast. Prince was just a kid. This one is a tribute on the anniversary of his death ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-c0hEmbY5P1A.html Also a mews broadcast.
If you thought his Guitar Solo on this song was incredible, look up his live performance of the William Tell Overture (yes, that's right...the Lone Ranger theme song). The one you want is of him in a black suit in front of a full orchestra. He does the whole thing on a single guitar with no backing instruments.
I remember seeing this the night it was televised and being completely blown away. When RU-vid came around, it was one of the first videos I searched for. AMAZING, MEMORABLE & TIMELESS
A couple of the lines in this song really hit me hard as I begin to age. "I still FEEL twenty-five...MOST of the time" and "The truth about a mirror...is that a damned ol' mirror don't always tell the whole truth!" I feel those lines in my SOUL! SebsDuran: Before you consider going "roping"...I suggest you lookup the RU-vid clip (it's just audio) for Bill Engvall's comedy standup "Bronco Busting". You MIGHT just change your mind. It is a HILARIOUS take on the dangers of non-professionals getting into that sort of thing.
I admire Jennifer for tackling the "other side" - how the "other woman" feels in her relationship with a cheating husband. As others have said, Jennifer's husband cheated on her yet, in the end, she chose to highlight the pain of that other woman over her own pain. And, she gave the other woman the role of becoming strong enough to reject the relationship - to regain her own pride. Oh - and damn, doesn't Jennifer have some pipes???
This performance is widely regarded as the best one in the entire Freddie Mercury tribute concert. BTW, the first record George purchased was Killer Queen.
Or maybe the "Home, home again", together with the iron bell tolling, is you when are passed away and back to the origin while there's your funeral at the church...
I've never listened to a single Taylor Swift song, but have grown to cautiously respect her for her social commentary and work. The first song didn't move me - far too much refrain, not nearly enough verse to tell that she's the "story teller" so many claim she is. That said, I will sample some of her other work to see what she's about as a musician. And, I have to say, since Ali likes her, it makes me more open to that sampling! And, if she's encouraging her Swifties to take their own power (mostly females, I assume), then more power to her!
You wonder why Jimmy Page hypnotizes you with his guitar. .possibly because he was an avid student of the work of Aliester Crowley, a master magician. ..Page even lived in a houae that had belonged to Crowley and strange as it sounds he & friends created a portal in that house..... the house caught on fire at some point. but Jimmy studied Crowley much of his life....
Love your reaction ... the awe and respect for a generation of musicians who no longer exist anymore because the standards these days have been ... well, never mind. Subscribed!
Never listened to Linkin Park, so this is new to me. I admit that, as I age, I don't listen to as much hard rock as I used to. This had a nice driving beat, and I like her voice. Interesting to hear your (Sebs') reaction, missing the original vocalist. Maybe I'll check out old stuff to hear him.
I never heard of this occurrence, and I have goosebumps right along with you, Sebs! It's been so fun to read the other comments, learning that she and Pavarotti were friends, and that she had performed this at another event, and that he wanted her to tour with him. Rock on, Aretha and Luciano, in heaven or the universe, wherever you are!
By this point in his life, he was almost completely blind. But it didn't slow him down in the least. The true rarity is the fact that him and his brother were both albinos. Edgar Winter has insanely talented. Be it his voice or saxophone. Or his handheld keyboard that he invented.
Welcome to the world of Dimash. If you liked this song, then you will LOVE his song "Stranger". You should also listen to him do the "Diva Dance". He has a 7 octave vocal range and is classically trained since he was 5 yrs old. Both of his parents are singers as well. He has so many songs you can choose from. I never get tired of hearing him sing.
I've been an Emily Armstrong fan since I first heard her in Dead Sara... check out "Weatherman". ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-y5vr_Vhoumc.html
