Talking about super mario: The enemy turtles are called koopa and they are based on a real Japanese turtle called... Koopa. Bowser, the main enemy, is the king of koopas. He is a giant koopa who can make fire, but it is not a dragon (anyway, many people call it dragon)
Odist's Triforce is from The Legend of Zelda : a Link to the past Zailleh's Koopa Troopa Beach is from Mario Kart 64/DS/7/8 BB_Benji's Goobies is from... Goobies Andme44's Bowser in the dark world is from Super Mario 64
The Intro 🤣 Oh waaait... "End of an Era" looks really like a remake of Warcans's "Flint Hill", that's so cool 😮 When you enter ice and there is a turn just after you need to aim the outside part of the tube, ice tubes is just centrifugal force (well I think I'm not a physicist 😂) As always nice video 😊
Quick backstory of tigriobox series: every track uses the layout of a mariokart track, with my own twist. Most decorations are made by Metalted if I use any
@@Quickracer10 it isn't, it is a mix of multiple tigriobox levels put together, hence the remixed the layout is as close to mariokart as I can for each tigriobox
Hope your eye gets better! This time I had no time to practice, so was slightly nervous to hop into the race cold, but did manage to get a time in all of them! The room 1 was indeed stacked with skill, was super happy to get even the 20-30th positions. Good to see new names come along too!
yo, my track, yeah found out some of it was a bit blind indeed. but i am quite sure i put a slowster before the 160jump? just to prevent overshooting, i had that too in testing
Yep, looks doable with a controller, but way harder than with a kb and steering limiter 😏 You mostly understood the track, you should just wallride sooner and don't arms up 😊 Also I wanted to had you/make you a trophy/plushy on the track, but I have no idea on how to make you something that you would recognize 😅 I always great vid, and thx for the review 😊
I just got tired of thinking up names, when I was growing up thinking of a name for a pet didn't make sense. There is already a name for a cat, cat and from then on I called all cats kits-ter.
Yeah, I realized my track was hard while building. Almost didn’t submit due to the difficulty. But I figured there was no point doing fixed checkpoints if I wasn’t going to submit.
Het Arder, some advice from me, in tubes and quarter pipes going high is most of the time better than going low. If you want to take the low line you have to steer a lot and this loses speed, try to find the line where you have to steer the least. Hope this helps!
I agree with him (beside being way slower than him 😂) , you are only missing a bit of conservation of momentum You need to understand where you can go low to cut a bit of time and where you need to stay high to keep your momentum, it will probably need some trial and errors, but you will eventually get it :) Beside that, try to be prepared for the next turn (or even next few turns), it usually helps And since I'm a keyboard player, knowing the steering limit for each speed and turn greatly helps (I'm far from knowing them all) As always thx for the review ❤
Proves straight lines can be hard apparently, I'm just trying to find that one good track formula, feels like I'm on a different wavelength. The track is literally 1 x 35 x 20
I dont think that 'one good track formula' exist, but 'one good track formula' for yourself probably doable 🙃 And it wasnt straight line... there were a lot of snowballs on a track, you need use snow blower 😉
Two things, 1. it says the game you are playing is Rec Room. 2. Your mic is peaking, two things you could do is move the mic further/sit further from the mic and turn down the volume in your recording software. Sorry, just two things that annoy me.
Oh you played my track before I finished the decoration 😮, I wasn't sure to be able to finish the decoration before the end of the contest, it doesn't matter much, it's just a decoration out of the track. Also to get a faster time, you need to be smoother on every transition and turns (I used 40% steering to get the AT, I won't recommend it if you are not a kb player), but you have the line so no worries 👍 Thx for the review 😊 And nice video, I feel you get more and more comfortable to review, and it feels nice 😊
Thanks Arder, you are always fairly kind to me, I always enjoy your uploads and I have been on your channel since the first videos. It is nice to see smaller you tubers doing well in the community and I think you are one of those. P.S. do you know if the way you said rtyyyb is correct cos in my videos I was saying the letters
Just found your channel Arder! That cut on Defy Cliffside was awesome! I had no idea it was possible, but you found a way down! Thanks for the review - Rourie13!
Our track took 3 months of work, we both worked on the track layout and decoration The lag is due to the block density, we didn't intend to be such dense but because we did the layout and decoration at the same time, it happened It was real fun to build with Cornshot 😊 Sorry RonanC, no gecko, we totally forgot😅 What you thought was gecko was in fact axolotl :) As always thx for review and great video :)
One question for you Arder, why did you turn left to the rocks on the snow instead of right like the arrow is showing? Was it a fail? Because the rocks is not the intended route 😅
Yep, total fail, for some reason I thought that arrow that point left means U turn🙃, wats worst, it was my second run... But still glad that i made it through
Arder, I am a fairly new builder, I don't know much about the game. I am only trying to experiment with different things and if they are hard, it isn't purposeful. if they are kacky, I apologise and will try not to do it, the second one I was asked to do sadly, and the first was not kacky at all, it was janky because I am still trying to learn building, if you or any other builders have tips, I will accept them if they are truthful tips but these were experimental. People don't like differences because they are different. I felt my tracks were fun. I also think that if I put the number you have to slow down to, it will help but I understand that you don't want sky slowing. The reason for wallrides is that I enjoy playing on wall rides. I thank you though for trying to be as kind as possible when you think it is a bad map but I am just new, that's all. any advice appreciated Thanks, Tiger
So for the first track, it's nice you are trying doing off grid tracks, but it's important making sure that there is a nice flowing line, and that the line is consistent to execute after leaning it. That fist wall ride was very inconsistent, probably moving it a bit could make it much smoother. But that comes from experience and playing other off-grid tracks. Also avoid blind turns or drops. And finally, in general zeepkist players don't like to brake that much (this is debatable since there are some really nice tracks which requires it)
@@AndMe18 thank you, you are one of my favourite builders, I am still unsure how to improve flow though and I don't really use blind turns or jumps but thank you :D
Nothing really I can add after @AndMe18 hes wey expirience in track building as I am, the only thing that Ronan mention that there is mod that helps stick one piece to another to help you build track smoother. There is nothing bad with wallride, we had full ZSL round dedicated to Wallride. If you like wallrides you can take level where wallride you like and put it in editor and look ho they did it, how they combine all pices. And most important: Please dont stop making track, its alway good to have new builders. Look at JustMaki tracks 2 of 3 of his track I cant even finish!!!
@@arder_D ok, longest reply I have done here so, I will check out the mod, the only reason I didn't have it was I thought cos of the angles I had the ones at wouldn't snap. I will not stop making tracks, its just I don't want to cause trouble by putting the kacky maps cos they are too hard. Also, the reason you made it through was because when I went through the track to test I put the slowsters to my own speed as I thought 'there are a lot of people better than me'
