Wild Earth is not your typical general camping or hiking store - it is fresh, exciting and an adventure within itself. Wildearth caters to all types of outdoor people including outdoor adrenalin seekers, backpackers or simply families on holiday. They all have a common need and that is lightweight products of high quality and at the best possible price.
If you have extra money , buy a gallon of water , toiletries , a rain poncho , etc and save it for the homeless- depends where you live. Some places are not safe. Many times you can give clothing ,books , magazines to retirement homes. Also , some places need new clothing for people that got 'hurt' or had a fire. Every little bit helps. God bless you all
Great thing you ARE DOING.....✝️and☦️💗😘👑❤️🙌 I hope others will follow. And I am working on doing the same thing, anything to help others. LOVE ONE ANOTHER ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤God bless you!!!
Found the SwiftRL1100 on Ebay for a good price,The following day Amazon reduced the same by 25% So I've Ordered a second Because I wanted a spare battery for a little more £10.
I highly recommend these too. Have had my pair for 2 years now. Ordered and put them on to walk the Alps straight out of the box. Not one blister! That never happened to me before. They are super comfortable and I looked forward to putting them on the next day. :)
Who wears an 85 liter pack for a day hike? That is literally in the expedition size range. Even the average pack for a full Application trail trek is like 65 liters. That's a 2000 plus mile, 6 month hike.
The weigth of OSPREY TRANSPORTER WHEELED DUFFEL 90L it 3.5 kg. This is very light and perfect for flying. On the other hand the size is 80H X 44W X 35D CM. The sum is 159 and that is officially a little bit larger than the international size limit on airlines which is 158. Did anybody had problems on flights and had to pay oversize?
@@wildearthaustralia in the end I picked up the Glow 1 for £62 direct from Sea to Summit with free delivery. Went for the lighter one to use as a day blanket when hiking and for summer camps when packing light.
Considering one of these , both for winters, to supply the Ascent ik, But also for summer trips. Would it be enough for temperatures down to 10 degrees ?
I do it just slightly differently - after canopy and footprint, I pound stakes in. Then I put on the rainfly with the grommet on the stake itself, then tighten. Easier to remove rainfly as needed.
Measure your back length. There are guides online. I'm 191cm and 100kg and made the mistake of getting a L/XL last time. Upon measuring my back length I'm only 46cm, same as my wife who is only 167cm tall. Puts me in the S/M category and so much more comfortable for it!
The review title refers to the jacket, you appear to be wearing the parka. It is 4 inches longer than the jacket, also I believe that the sleeves are different.
Hey there, thanks for getting in touch - did you try them on before you bought them? If you bought from us at Wild Earth please let us know more details - thanks Lauren
Thanks. These are pretty expensive poles but after going through 3 pair of Leki's in the past 6 or 7 years, I want to get something better. I think these will do.
