The million $ question is how to prevent over oil so that I don't have to wash again so that I don't have to lube again so that I don't have to wash again so that I don't have to lube againso that I don't have to wash again so that I don't have to lube again ....
I swear this bike I bought requires so much damn damn maintenance and money. Think I’m just gonna sell it. 2019 Kawasaki versys 1000 Don’t have time or energy for all this sht. Or money to be just throwing away. paid somebody to tighten the chain. It’s too damn tight! I wrote it for about 10 miles. Hopefully I didn’t cause permanent damage. I swear to God this is such a damn headache!
Want your tires to last don't get a sport bike their rubber is softer. My Concours 14 sport tourer is lucky to get 7500 miles on a set so 5000 on a true sportbike yep.
WOW! You get 5k miles out of a tire on a sport bike that’s amazing. I’ve had 28 bikes, 1 GSX1000R, 2 ZX10-R, and currently have a Hayabusa, along with 3 other bikes. I have never got more than 2500 miles out of a tire on a sport bike and even then the metal was showing. With the exception of the Hayabusa, which I got close to 4K miles. When I did track days I was lucky to get 2K miles out of a set of tires. I’m picking up the ZX6R in the morning. Be my 29th motorcycle. Did I mention I’m 3/4 of a century old.
I betting the baffle is left in the exhaust. I love a ninja sound without the baffle 🤤zx6r's are my favourite sounding 600's ever 💚🫶 so ride me faster bikes
I use pray head to clean the chain and the old engine oil to lube my Honda. As a matter of fact it out last any bike using those cleaner and special lube
