Any grains are inflammatory. Everyone has their own journey and can do what they want but not good if people that have been keto and now think they can eat oats and fruit. If anyone has any healing to do, I would recommend to not eat grains.
okay, here is another faster method, rather than waiting for 10 hours, blend the egg whites in the air blender until it has a foamy structure then spread it out on stainless steel trays then put it in the oven between 5 - 10 minutes on 140C - 170C then you will get egg white powder in just 20 minutes work

Kasha Pilaf is soooo good Needs chicken broth and the technique is very important The Russians make it like this as a heritage recipe. U toast ur kasha in a bare cast iron skillet and then add a beaten egg. Scramble it around to coat the grains. It won’t stick now n get mushy! Have simmering salted broth ready in a pot and add kasha. Cook covered, 20 min. Meanwhile toast sliced almonds in the skillet and plate. Then use schmaltz or tallow or butter to sauté onions celery n garlic in the skillet. Add both to the kasha when done. Great for brkfst too!
Why is this a total,fail? I have attempted this recipe…3 times. Each time the egg whites from Rose Acres Farms, do nothing except curdle. I have compared this recipe to the exact recipe on Rose Acres (Sport Nutritons) website also. I have been baking for decades. I am beginning to think the egg whites are tainted.
Be c 2:09 areful about using allulose to blunt blood sugar. All it is doing is increasing insulin without sugar and rapidly correcting blood sugar. This hides the issue as we don't have an insulin meter yet. This really is risky for anyone with blood sugar issues

Have the gnocchi for breakfast or dinner since you seem to spike more at lunchtime in general. Also have buckwheat without allulose. Like a savory recipe. Interesting to see the results on these little experiments.

I have about 20 different extracts from olive nation and get so overwhelmed when ordering. Between the alcohol free, the regular extract, flavorings and oils I never know which one to order. I understand that the alcohol ones are better for items to cook. My issue is finding the ones for recipes like this and keto Chow ice cream that don't taste fake or like I just put a shot of vodka in it. Any advice?????
I need help. Why is the egg white powder clumping up? I have tried to make two different recipes of Nili’s ..Each time the egg white powder clumps and looks like cottage cheese. No amount of whipping gets rid of the clumps. Have followed recipe exactly. Using Rose Acres egg white powdered. Added yeast and psyllium husks, etc. Why won’t the egg whites whip up properly?
Been carnivore about 14 monts now. Been using your recipe for at least a year now. Always turns out great! Tried aluminum foil foil and it worked ok. Went to the Dollar store and got a cheap pizza pan to try as a "not so tight fitting" lid. Well, you were correct...it works great, and i don't mess up my good pizza pan.
First try, with Artisan mixer and the ingredients you use. Beat for 1 hour and 10 mins on high. The only wild card is the water temperature. I used my scales for the egg white powder and the whole egg powder. Very soft peaks. Bread did not rise much Any suggestions? Thank you for your help!
I saw the rum ball recipe and immediately thought Indigo Nili will make these and add them to her holiday boxes!! I can’t wait to make them. My box should be showing up here in about 2 weeks.
