Appreciate the honest review. Passing on this. Seems like the last two flavors were so "mild" they didn't taste like much of anything. as expensive as these are, you shouldn't have to add flavoring to get the flavor.

I just do not get the whole Keto Chow craze. $65 a pound for milk protein, flavoring, thickening gums, a multivitamin and sucralose. I buy GRASS FED whey protein isolate for only $15 a pound, and can add my own flavorings, sweeteners and gums for pennies. Not paying 4+ times the price for "convenience".

Christine, I buy the 5 lb. tubs of unflavored Nutricost Grass Fed Whey Protein Isolate from the big online place. I pay around $77 on subscription. They also sell non-grass fed, and whey concentrate, so don't confuse them with Grass Fed Isolate.

2 2krazyketos just released a video making banana bread with this flavor keto chow. They added banana emulsion. I just ordered the keto chow and emulsion to try it. I'm looking forward to seeing what you come up with. Banana cream pie perhaps 🤔

I'll stick with the regular banana. I love cantaloupe, but didn't get any of that flavor in the Keto Chow. I love Keto Chow, but like with anything, some of their flavors are hit and miss. That isn't going to stop me from trying them. Thanks for sharing this so quick after the release! 😋

I guess I should have watched this before I bought some. 😢My biggest flavor disappointment so far was the chai flavor. I love chai but that wasn't even close.

It's funny that Jeff couldn't figure it out. This video is actually going to be the reason why I order some of this flavor. I hate banana flavored anything so I was going to pass but knowing it's not very strong, I'll definitely give it a shot! 💜

I agree. Sucralose spikes blood glucose levels and insulin. Not good.

I ordered a few packets this morning along with the banana emulsion from Olive Nation. I was making banana bread with the recipe from Keto Chow with just the banana flavor, I am going to try it with the banana bread flavor and see if it tastes any closer, especially with the banana emulsion (excited to try that and see how different it is from the extract.)

Their flavors are definitely hit or miss. I agree with Jeff on his review of the cantaloupe flavor. It does not taste at all like cantaloupe it just tastes fruity. So I would probably agree with him on this one too. I do like many of their flavors but definitely not all of them. I really think all their flavors are on the weaker side and could use to be stronger.

Taste is incredibly subjective. Chris mentions this a lot. Many who have hypertaster (Jeff may be one) qualities no longer 😢have them because of a certain sickness that damaged it. Thanks for the video.

I have to say after watching their review if they couldn’t pick it out immediately then I think I’ll just stick with the flavors already have and not go the expense of buying another package I’ll just add banana flavoring to vanilla Keto Chow. maybe when you bake it like 2 Krazy Ketos did more of the banana bread flavor comes out but they added banana emulsion as well

You don't melt the butter first, and it mixes fine in the blender? Everywhere else says melt the butter first but I have a good ninja blender, I'd love to skip that step if it works fine for you.
