I know now. The body was usually assembled the day before the chassis hence the 6-18 trim and 6-19 VIN. Thanks for not being rude about it. I had to report one rude person to RU-vid on this. My only real negative comment to date.

I picked up a C5 50th Anniversary edition 3 months ago, and enhancing the appearance has been fun. I did the letter inserts, put in smoked grey LED taillights, side markers and turn signals, and paint matched brake caliper covers. Plus it's great to drive!

Corvette Dan- they look great.. I did this to 2 both my C5 verts. The cleaning & prep is 90% most important. I think when this is done it elevates those nice thick rear ends on the C5. I like big buttz & I cannot lie😂💯🇺🇸
If you have the car jacked up when you take the top off the master cylinder it would spill over a bit for not being level. Is it best to drain some out first to keep that from happening? Then when finished top off the master cylinder on level ground.
It will not spill over but can have a bit of an effect on how filled it is. Best to top off when the car is level. Thanks for watching. Stay tuned. @Corvette-Dan
