It is behind some other property and has very limited access but my wife owns the property in front of it that is accessible from the hard road. It is all coconut Grove and grown wild jungle, I was just wondering what they pay for a hector of land. It is approximately three hectors, I walked it and it is high and dry, please help me. I don’t know what to offer them, but I told them they could still harvest coconuts until I move there. First you need to make sure that it has a clean title and then you can use it via city office tax office see what taxable value on the property,,then ONCE you know if title is good get a lawyer and make a offer starting at 85 pesos per square meter,,work up if it’s necessary,,no title you lost your money remember that,,you Owen nothing,,😊

Interesting video, thank you. What's the title situation? Right of way/access to the baranguay road. Who owns the title of the road? I've viewed so many lots/properties, and title/right of way access are the 2 main sticking points. Especially with sub divided lots
each lot has right of way deeded to the lot ,it can never be blocked !!title is 1 signatory he is here on this island (aka) alive LOL and we have a lawyer to do all filling of paper work also we have used the same lawyer for the past 3 years with not one problem
