Lack of water is a major problem that I'm dealing with lately at our house in Leyte . We are filling buckets at the barangay hall. I don't like not being able to flush the toilet, and I definitely don't like using the hand and tabo method.

This video makes no sense. Did I hear him correctly about him saying he is a construction worker, and he designed his home, but DID NOT build it himself? Construction workers are suppose to be knowledgeable, and skilled at building homes! I guess they could design it as well, but I believe their expertise is suppose to be at building homes with their own 2 hands. Is there a problem, or reason why foreigners who move to the Philippines do not build their own homes?
he designed the home yes , no he did not build the house himself he managed build himself and all the workers may i ask you have you ever built a home here in the phil"s ?????? sounds like you know eveything about building here (do you????) the reason we don't build it most of us already made the plans and saved the money to have it built most of us are retired with a okay cash flow to do so also !!
@@roseinthephilippines5835 I never been to the Philippines. I am saving money, and I am considering to build my own home with my own two hands. I also have another idea going through my mind regarding how I want to live just in case if something bad happens to what I choose to build based on where I want to live. I already have plans made, and I am currently working on it alone !
@@knowledgeandmultiskilled You can build your own house here. Depending on where you are , there is often no inspections...only a permit. So , you can build it with toothpicks if you want. The biggest problem is the property ( which unless leased ) , needs to be in a Filipinos name... usually the wife.....The process can be a risky PITA. Get a good real estate lawyer.
