@@MrFlamethrower32 you’re right about just the a3 coming in black but they’re still pretty easy to find. Omaha outdoors has one for sale on their website right now. I know this doesn’t help you much but I’ve definitely seen them around in my local stores too
Long ago, there was a boy who wished to see the world. The boy had troubles in his youth, his father was a fishman of no significance and his mother was a passing by courtesan. The father gave everything he had, plus more, to have one night with the illustrious woman. The night passed and the courtesan left, with the father in debt. For nine months the fisherman slowly lost more and more due to his debt. One day the troupe came back to the village and the courtesan delivered a baby boy to the fisherman. Utterly shocked, the man was originally going to drown the child. How could he care for a babe when he had nothing even for himself? That was when the debt collector came to the fisherman and said that when the boy got old enough he could begin to work, and soon after to be given to the man who the fisherman was indebted to as a way to rid the debt he had collected. The fisherman agreed if the debt collector could provide sustenance for the boy. The boy was given goat milk for a year and when he began to eat solid food the father would take half. Eight years later the boy stands and works for his father and the debt collector watches and waits for the boy to be strong enough to be taken away.
Nik: You say, and I hear, that mayonnaise is what you wish for in this life? Phapoopity: It is not that mayonnaise itself is what I wish for, rather a distinction between this potential mayonnaise and what may be true of it. Nik: So you are to say that if mayonnaise was present before you now you would not desire such a thing? Phapoopity: Yes, if a mayonnaise were present instantaneously I would be attracted to this idea but at the same time not. For if such a thing were to happen it would act only as an end to a means that was never fully satisfied. Nik: Yes, I see. For if the mayonnaise were here now it would wholly defeat the purpose of such a mayonnaise in the first place. Phapoopity: If I were to, lets say, go to a Walmart and achieve both the means and end. A fully functioning operation of mayonnaise acquisition works when done in a particular situation like this. If effort is not put forth towards one goal then it defeats the point. Nik: Propose this, mayonnaise becomes unobtainable in a regular manner. If then, would you succumb to your lust for mayonnaise if it were only available instantly or would you chasten yourself and resist, realizing that mayonnaise may not be an option for you ever again within your protocol. Phapoopity: A difficult question indeed. If one’s pressure and rules on themself were so strong that they would have to avoid the very thing they love in an act to maintain order within their own mind it would be a counterintuitive proposition to the ideal of mayonnaise, for most. On the other hand another individual may realize that if this were the only way then there would be no such pressure, as an ideal acquisition of mayonnaise has become impossible for them. If no options exist to act on ones rules except for the hardest opposite of what they desire then they would crumble and let go of said rules and pressure. Nik: Okay, then as my last comment let me propose this. Let us say there are two objects of mayonnaise withing our idea of thiscorporeal reality. One being an instantaneous integration of mayonnaise into themselves. The other being a mayonnaise so astoundingly difficult to obtain that it feels impossible, but it is in fact is not. What then would you or these fictional mayonnaise desirers decide to do. How would this effect said rules and pressure when the other option is present? Phapoopity: An even more difficult question indeed. As I first ponder this question for our two mayonnaise aficionados I would imagine that the initial one mentioned would be inclined to try this near impossible challenge of obtaining the mayonnaise as it is in their eyes the “truest” way to do such a thing. For if they go back on their ideals of justice and order within themselves then it defeats the purpose of the mayonnaise all together. As for the second aficionado I would imagine the situation would be more complicated. As they are able to let go of all pressures and rules when faced with one option of “improper” obtainment, could they do it again when the second option is close to impossible? I suppose we do not know enough in this fictional scenario to be able to tell. As for me, I could not say lest I were to be in such a situation. A manner of willpower will be tested for all “three” of us. When viewed from the most objective perspective one might see that none of this matters at all. Of course, with the 180 view of this being that each of the subjective views matters in such a way that no real “Truth” can be found anyway. I am glad that our reality provides us a middle ground on such things as to not drive each of us mad. As they say, the closer you are to truth the further you are from sanity.
