A foreign immigrant got a 10 year green card through marriage, after few months of the 10 years greencard, the US citizen Petitioner (husband) started threatening his wife, that he will withdraw the i-130 petition, please what can the wife do? And can the i-130 approved withdrawal affects the 10 years greencard given to the wife?
If the wife properly received the green card (and the marriage was entered into in good faith), then the US citizen husband can no longer withdraw the I-130. In fact, there's not much that the husband can do at this point, and the husband will continue to be responsible under the affidavit of support requirements until those requirements end.

I want to stay during the process until we file for I-485, how long my visa stay should be for to get it done? How long does it takes to get approved after the I-130 petition is filed and do you have to wait until it’s approved to file I-485?
Hey it’s funny because at the local USCIS office supervisor said that they will red flag husband N specifically he said they won’t be able to apply for the citizenship! This happened about a year ago! Spouse actually has an incorrect category on the green card and that green card has error made by USCIS and spouse divorces quickly thinking that they have LPR when it was actually suppose to be CR1- Conditional Resident Card! How does that work?
Great question! Yes, when a conditional resident accidentally receives a 10-year green card then they still need to apply to remove conditions. I always check for this when I submit somebody's citizenship application because I've seen it happen.

My husband is a US citizen and he filed i130 for me but he didn’t file for our three children he thought they will be my derivatives just like the petition of permanent resident. Yes, somebody can give birth in the US without violating the terms of the visa, however there have been times in the past where CBP has denied somebody's entry into the US when they were noticeably pregnant.
That's a dangerous situation. I handle these cases all the time. You should consult with me so that we can talk about options before USCIS places you into deportation proceedings.

For now, USCIS will accept applications, but cannot issue approvals. I'm continuing to submit applications because the chances of being approved far outweigh the costs of applying.

OK I heard all that is required. Not once did you say anything about a criminal back round check on the US citizen. Did you forget all about that part or will no back round check be done on the US citision. I have a million things on my record none of which are for hurting any person. I even have an attempted murder charge which the case was dismissed the first day i went to court. this was 40 years ago. I have terrorist threat charge that never went to court. Listen everyone in life is always innocent so they will all say except me. I can not say I was always innocent. I have gotten away with many things because my best friend was a cop & my girlfriend was the police dispatcher so I was pretty much untouchable at that time in my life. I know someone who the woman got married and got pregnant for him to just could come to the us. After five years, she got us citizenship, she keeps creating stories and cries and screams, telling he’s useless and stupid and wants to get divorced him. Hello! Last August 2023, I submitted i-130 application for my married sister, her husband, and their child. Just last week sept 12, USCIS granted approval, and today sept 18 we received the welcome letter from NVC regarding the payment of fees. Once we settle the fees, should we expect her interview to be scheduled relatively soon, or could it potentially take 10-15 years? Additionally, my sister is expecting a baby. Would it be advisable to delay the payment until after the baby is born so I can include the baby’s documentation as well?
