OK, my question is now that they put a pass on the parole in place why don’t they move all those people that were approving the parole in place to the applications of the I 601Abecause it’s ridiculous when I applied for my husband in 2021. It was saying that it was only taking 35 months. Does that mean that they added more time that is so ridiculous

I am documents complete on my 601a ,do i have to book appointments for my immigrant visa or i have to wait for nvc to schedule my appointments appointments

What about if you already have a I-601A pending and you apply for PIP and it gets approved. What happens next? What’s the next step?

In that case you can ignore the I-601A and move on to the adjustment of status process if you qualify.

Thank you for the info. What if the beneficiary already has the I-601 A approved? Can that person still fill out the application for parole in place so he won’t have to leave the country?

Hello! Quick question! If the i601a was approved and we are already waiting on the consular appointment? What should we do? Wait for the appointment or apply for parole and start a new process? Thank you
