Sold I had a lot of hasitation with the p3 models and their lack of information on their website, but this thing is all aluminum, simplified, and it seems it is going to be reliable. Hopefully, we will do decent groups like fx
@@AirgunChannel yes Sr. I'm 3D printing a lot of stuff, iguana hunting also. Can't wait to see your Mora review. I'll do more videos in the future when I can mine. Nice to see you around here buddy!
I already see Gregor shot to 100m with the Mora prototype in .35 but now you have the production model in other Caliber and let us see how it shot... @@OriOnTheIguanaHunter
@@SHOOTER3258 show us, no more talk, the poor Rok Was tired to always Say thé same things. When you search Mora on RU-vid you have Always the same présentation liké a record 😉
Great video my friend, and a lot of information about the Mora, sadly being in the uk a lot of the power adjustability caunt be used, stupid laws we have here , Cheers ☝☝☝☝☝
Hey my friend! I know what you are talking about. I didn't even ask if Mora will be offered in sub 12fpe, I don't think it's possible to tame that beast
I am sad RTI and all other are not able to do .177 that is able to shoot the heavy slugs in that caliber, when i shoot 20 grain after 80 M they arrive sideways and so do not make round holes in paper. Mora come with old barrel in .177
Oh I didn't know about this issue of lugs not being stable after 80m with the barrel. The Mora will use the same barrel we have in the P3, except that Mora will add a new 700mm version that will be also available for the existing P3.
@@OriOnTheIguanaHunter This is a general issue with the .177 caliber, and heavier slugs, it seem like the twist rate of the barrels are not sufficient to stabilize the heavier slugs. IN FX heavy liner ( Maverick ) i shoot 13 grain just fine but 16 and 20 increasingly worse, same more or less go for H&N slugs. In my New Epic airguns Two 16 grain ( zan ) seem to be the best slug, but 20 grain still not so good. Un - choked CZUB barrel in my Two. In bigger calibers people seem to be able to shoot what ever, though here some sizes ( diameter ) are better than other, but not really any choice of size in the .177 caliber. Some people talk about you needing a 1:12" twist rate, and that is faster than the 1:17 / 18 " that seem to be the norm. Sadly i am locked to the .177 caliber FAC ( Danish ) so i would need to take a overly complicated hunting licence to be able to get a larger caliber, this aside for a lot of complexity i do not need ( hunting ) also is not cheap to attain. Mora do look sexy i was pretty bored with bulpups, but a Mora i would like, if it could also shoot .177 - 20 - 22 and 24 grain Zan slugs. I think if i buy a new rifle it would have to be. 1: able to shoot heavier slugs ( this need new barrels no one seemingly want to make ) 2: a semiautomatic rifle, could maybe fun as such Picture of 20 grain Zan arriving sideways, though still on a 2" target at 86 M distance. 64.media.tumblr.com/7f64c87011c476ba8f079e84e0952ba6/7512e1998af06562-e7/s1280x1920/d3f22cded68a1466cb373921533b247883001451.jpg But as you can see holes not round CUZ they are tumbling by then
With the Mora you have there the nut for the barrel, different kind of shroud and suppression....So Can the Mora take/interchange older barrels from the Priest for example. Have also the first LW pellet barrel. Can the Mora fit it also? Would I have to change shroud to fit those older barrels?
The barrel is interchangeable with the P3 for sure, now I'm not so sure about a Priest barrel, I'll have to ask Rok but I think the RPB (RTI Proprietary Barrel) is the one that will be compatible with the Mora and P3 (and P2 and P1 and so on) but not the other way, like older barrels being able to be used on the Mora, but again I'm not 100% sure
Are they planning on making a right hand cocking option...it's an expensive gun not to have something so basic.I want one, but would wait if they will be offering right hand cocking in the future.
And yet another airgun RU-vidr who had such humble beginnings with lower end products poor folk, (such as me), could afford and shoot who's now, (it seems), hawking products that I'd never be able to afford and wouldn't spend that much money on any air gun. Spoiler, they all leak and cost a fortune to get fixed or lots of time to learn to do yourself. I'm glad for you. You've put in the hard work to get where you are and you deserve it. It's a shame the engineers can't come up with an air gun system that is truly airtight. Oh, and did I mention the grand it's going to take to keep it up and running? Nah!, I'm out man, you've left me way behind. Good luck in the future bro
Looks bulky for sure, they have a big one with a 700mm barrel that will have .357 option shooting 225fpe (If I remember correctly) so you have a big bore right there. I handled that same gun at RMAC and not as heavy as some of the guns that shoot at the competition. For this Mora there's a compact version with 500mm barrel that I think will be the easy to carry option you are mentioning
Hello my friend great to se a video from you, now that looks impressive i have to say, i have the Prophet 2, and luv it, im so looking forward to deep dive on this one, so hurry up will ya, haha, cheers my friend 👌👌👌👌👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Yes, I like them too, the accuracy on my P1 is awesome. I was having a hard time upgrading to a P3 because of that, but with this Mora it's becoming very difficult not upgrading
@@OriOnTheIguanaHunter I like the P-3 , I like the fact you can tune to what you want and the tune stays unlike other guns if you know what I mean . The Mora does look a smart rifle .
Been waiting for this one! Look forward to the next vid on this. Looks like I'll be selling a few guns to pick this one up. Love my RTI's and also there customer service!!!
I see what you mean, I was for a long time thinking if I should upgrade my P1 (almost P2) to a P3, but my gun is so dependable that I was having a hard time to let that one go, but with the new Mora it's time for a change!
I too was not only impressed with the Mora but also with Rok. You can certainly tell he lives this stuff. Some of the newly implemented systems elevate an already great product line, higher. Awesome sneek peek!
I like the engineering and quality looks of this rifle. The idea of indicator holes for testing for leaks at each o-rings is a good idea too. Lately it seems there are too many high power and heavy bench rifles coming out. I would like to see some lighter carry and good shot count per fill rifles for lighter pest shooting in the six pound and less range.
The mora is heavy, but RTI will offer one in compact version... I saw the 700 and 600mm and the 600mm configuration looks really nice. Now it will be awesome to see that compact one.
OK guns are shipped already, they are arriving at the dealers very soon. I think if I remember correctly Talon Tunes will get them first but they are on their way now
I haven't had the chance to really use the gun in order to recommend it or not. It's solid for sure but this or the Prophet? I think you can't go wrong with any of them
Personalmente prefiero no manipular tanto el resorte del martillo, sólo regular la válvula y cambio manejar el peso del postón u ojiva./Personally, I prefer not to manipulate the hammer spring so much, just regulate the valve and instead manage the weight of the post or ogive.
I purchased my FX impact Mark II but it comes with a small wheel not the large. What should I do to the small wheel in order to shoot slugs? Eventually I will get the larger wheel for the mark ii.
I don't know how to fix the small magazine, those are not common anymore. I think your best option is to convert to the big magazine and open yourself to a lot of aftermarket options
Hi, have you tried the stud, Eagle Vision and Bullitt Central magazine which is designed by Ernest Rowe? Would you spend the money on these products of course they're very good but they are expensive. They also have precise alignment
sorry I don't understand, a bar coming from "your bro" to my shoulder rest? I don't know if that's a typo or something, it doesn't make sense. Let me know what's your question
