Remember watching this on Muchmusic in Toronto back in the day when they had Rap City that would play hip hop and watched it religiously and helped influence my music tastes. Nah in the 90s Toronto was fully of gully Jamaicans, just like in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Toronto was heavily Jamaican and NY hip hop influenced back then. Everyone dressed like that during the Boot Camp era, even in Toronto.
