You can buy packers online. Just search Packers FTM and there are different sites for Packers and different kinds of packers. I got mine from FreeToM prosthetics. What's nice about them is they do Free Shipping. I never used this one site but there are a lot of trans guy youtubers who do use this one site they are called FTM Essentials and they sell everything packers, binders, underwear, and tshirts.
