Currently in process of swapping my SC400 (92') to manual using a W58 and Quantum Auto / XAT bits! Looking forward to getting it back on the road, it's been parked for 2+ years and I've owned it 10. Are you on the factory ECU? I'm curious what performance gains I could get on a standalone.
Your the one of the few people I've seen that has kept the distributor I wanted to ask how does it run with the aem would you use an emu black to run coil on plug? Or do you think the distributor is perfectly fine I've only seen people deleting them as if its a draw back.
Hmmm ok first off I have 2 sc 400’s and 1 240sx . I’d like to do a 5 sp manual swap . Secondly how much would the 240sx tranny handle 500hp . Would that be a problem . How was yours done ?!
Wow, here I am watching this and I have a stock 2016 Genesis Coupe 3.8. I already know the Genesis Coupe is going to lose. Genesis Coupe 3.8 are capable of 600whp with a built motor, but the stock engines with a turbo kit can reach 450 to 470whp. My car is currently at Hyundai because I don't have a key fob, and now I ave to pay for a new one. Recently, I have been researching the SC300 as a future car option. I need to learn how to drive manual first. I like the Genesis Coupe, but it is slow without a built engine and turbo, and I heard Travis at MT Motorsports in Vegas is charging over $8,000 for built engines.
Hey I have a question.. how did you get your shift knob to line up center in there? My knob that comes out of the trans has a slight bend to it and if I flip the knob it lines up a little better but a little close to radio
