Your cooking is really relatable and great. Thank you for the honesty about the small mistakes and the actual explanation behind processes! Great content
"Burnt" lol. Clearly you don't know the meaning of 'singe'. Maybe cook yourself something other than instant ramen before you make such a fantastically stupid comment again.
I've made homemade sushi for around 22.96$ i've got pictures aswell, however i'd like too note some of the ingredients last longer than 1 time of making he sushi, if i had too count for what i need again too make sushi at home again would be 6.60$ for the salmon and 4.48$ for the seaweed
I never liked Weissman, his cooking always seemed "out of touch with home chefs" to me. And his obsession with his own @ss is just obnoxious. Side note: just subscribed to your channel
I get that he's trying to convince home chefs to try cuisine techniques and ingredients, but not all of those techniques will actually improve a home cook's cooking and a lot of the ingredients aren't easily available. Of his recipes I've tried though they've all turned out amazing. His focaccia recipe is easily my favorite. Also yeah he totally exaggerates about the price of ingredients lol
@@C-Llama Yeah he is a great chef, mad respect to the man. But yeah everything you laid out is why I am not the biggest fan of his youtube channel. On top of, just to reiterate, his middle school butt humor.
I usually leave my steaks in the fridge open, from 2 to 4 days, seasoned, they taste way better than fresh from the butcher. Over 4 days and I find it a bit hard to reach the correct doneness, and I'm now experimenting with sous vide I do want to try making biltong in the fridge eventually, as doing it in open air is a bit annoying and prone to fungus
