Just curious, why is it called brown butter but in the video you dont actually brown the butter? Are you using just a melted butter or did you brown it?

MOLASSES!!! That's IT! I was trying to figure out how to get something into my oatmeal cookie to cut the sweetness, which can get kinda bland (not withstanding all the spices in this particular recipe) because there isn't any contrast. This should do it!
