I From India and love my country as any one.. but don't expect this level of understanding and hospitality in the the northern part of the country please tread carefully....but its ok to be carefree in the southern states like Kerala, Tamil Nadu....and to interact with locals...
I visited the Kerala Backwaters with my family a few years ago...Spent a night on a boathouse and there was a power outage; we had to dine with kerosene lamps...Unforgettable moments 😊 The festival that you are talking about is called the Trissur Puram festival...We were also there in Kerala when it was celebrated...It was crazy...It was amazing...It was grand...The elephants, the music...etc

@@hellyfromtheblock Oh gosh cant wait to see that. He is coping well. Your content is very real. Unlike others who just make a food review pretty much. I was also laughing when Ben said you dont know what its like out there. I could visualise what he would have gone though but obviously you couldn't. Usually there are sulking govt employees at the counters as a customer service. Its kind of a global thing but in India it is another level like the person could be playing solitaire or even leave their seat if you are irritating them. If you could get an Uber to the place then obviously the train journey was short and not worth it lol Good call in the end.
@@hellyfromtheblock Well Its 10:30 PM Here and I watched it again just now. Mostly because I can relate to it and I had been through all this in the long queues. Documentation and procedures are ridiculously insane and redundant. They ask the same thing many times. I recently closed my bank account too because they were pestering me to update my address phone number which they already have. I am getting a feeling comedy finds you guys. Like that ice cream blooper, guy shaking hand randomly, a germphobe and clusterophobe in India is hillarious in itself. Can't wait for your next one. Those are male/bull elephants also known as tuskers. They need to be heavily secured, otherwise they attack anything that moves, even eachother. Although domesticated their instincts make them unpredictable
Avoid going to kerala It's for all of your safety Kerala is now not safe for many peoples.. Food served in hotels restaurants and food outlets in kerala are not at all safe nowadays resulting in several stomach problems later Hospitals in kerala play with life and pocket of people Roads in Kerala everyday has road accidents

Allapuzha is under water in monsoon seasons, and heavy rain, if you go to munnar or waynad its heavy landslides and all, 500 home swiped away from 2 village in kerala yesterday😢
Same goes for every animals, cow and bulls, camels and dogs and horses, at least these animals fed well, other animals uses for agriculture and and work, and for food
@@TheSanthalVlogger many of these wild animals are now attached with their handlers. So much that majority of them will find their way back to the person who handled them. So many elephants have come out of jungles and wandered in villages in search of that person. They should be allowed to stay with their handlers, in my opinion. Others can be released.
