Hello everyone! Back with another Rishikesh vlog!
This time I am fully immersed into my 200h yoga teacher training, and thought I would take you guys with me through my daily schedule and routines at the school. I take you to all classes, introduce you to my teachers and if you're interested in visiting Rishikesh and doing a yoga teacher training, hopefully after watching this you'll have a better idea of what you can expect from such a course! I highly recommend going for it!
The school I attended is called Rishikesh Yoga Teacher Training Center. I was very happy with my course and I would definitely recomend it! However there are so many amazing schools in Rishikesh offering something for everyone so I would advise you do your own research before deciding which school to choose.

U should visit ladakh Leh, kashmir, Shimla, Manali, Rishikesh, udaipur, jodhpur, pushkar, Jaisalmer, Goa, Kerala, Bangalore, hampi, meghalaya, Darjeeling, Sikkim, Andaman and Nicobar islands in India 🇮🇳❤️

Thank u for sharing your experience! ❤ So helpful. I have a question about your school. Did u like it there? If u would have a chance to go for some other option would u go? I am so confused w options. Some schools offer the same training program but with significant difference in price. Looking forward for your response ❤❤

Hey! Thank you for your comment! I really liked my school and I think if I get the change to go back I would go for the same school. You're right that there are sooo many options and it can definitely get confusing. Personally, I had a few things that were important to me when choosing a school, and I also went through reviews of different schools and then narrowed it down to a few. Then chose the one that aligned with me the most. I can't advice you on any other schools because I don't have experience of other schools unfortunately, but I think checking reviews and websites of different places might be a good idea. My friend from India suggested this school I'm really interested, definitely feeling some nerves. What month did you go? I'm curious on clothing.

Aw i totally get the nerves! I went at end of october and When i first got there were definitely some hot days 🥵 my ytt started in November which is kind of a transition period into winter time in the mountains and could get pretty chilly in the mornings and evenings. (Warm during the day) So if You’re going around the same time i would really recommended bringing some jumpers to wear at night/in the morning any summer clothes during the day. Hope this helps 🥰xx

What do you think of the bedrooms at this school? And the beds specifically? Wondering too if you went when it was very hot and whether you found it difficult to sleep. thanks

Hey! The rooms were very simple, nothing too fancy, but provides you with what you need. I did do a mini tour of the bedroom in the video prior to this one! @@hellyfromtheblock This school seems to have some good teaching and teachers. Are you happy now with the syllabus you got for the money you spent or do you think in retrospect that there were other schools that gave a little more robust amount of teaching that you maybe missed out on? I'm asking because i'm thinking now that i'd like to go to this center next Spring. I get the idea that this school does hatha and ashtanga. But i notice some vinyasa thrown in. I'm under some impression that you generally need to pick 2 out of 3 main yoga practices (hatha, ashtanga, vinyasa) with the school you pick. So this is where my question is really coming from. And i haven't seen many other vlogs coming from this center i think.

I'm very happy with the school. The staff and teachers lovely, food very tasty and class structure well put together. I would definitely come back to this school, but I know there are so many other amazing schools around Rishikesh so I would be equally excited to try a different school next time. It really is a tough choice to decide which one to go for! And yes, RYTTC does Hatha Ashtanga (with brief incorporation of Vinyasa) as well as Iyengar yoga. Regardless of the school, I can't recommend coming to Rishikesh enough, and I can't wait to go back! Wish you all the luck in your journey!

i hope through india , you teach western countries to be vegetarians , india 60% are vegetarians and we love it ,killing other soul for our food is a wrong concept, after becoming vegetarian i feel relieved
