Can someone help me plzz, I had lost 40 kgs in 3 years then maintained it for 1year bt afterthat i Couldn't maintained it properly and gained about 20 kgs within 6 month, now i started again with diet and exercise (1hour cycling in stationary bike, and 30 minute freehand exercise sometimes with 2.5 kg dumble) its been over 1 month bt no change i Didn't loose any weight not even 1kg😭 its so frustrating i feel so disappointed 😭😭 plz help mee what iam doing wrong? I take about 1300/1400 calorie.
Do you eat healthy real whole food? Do you exercise? Are you drinking lots of water? Getting proper sleep? Maybe you’re not eating enough? Maybe add 100-200 calories more a day of healthy food.

7:00 I disagree w/ grocery shopping irl alleviating loneliness. When Instacart noti says “Candace is shopping for you” it does more for my loneliness, on some “acts of service” love language type beat. Fills you w/ productive energy.
I tried this the past week, I wake up have my super greens and reds powder with water and liquid resveratrol. Do my work out, cold shower and then have my coffee, always waiting 90 minutes from waking to coffee and I have been sleeping incredibly!

Knowing this is biological and that each individual finds her process is a valuable takeaway for me. I have a plan for a reverse diet that happens tomorrow. Enjoying my meals WITH others today.❤
Some coffee drinkers think dark roasts are stronger and have more caffeine kick than light roasts. The truth, however, is that caffeine content remains pretty much the same during each stage of the roasting process. The difference between roasts is taste, not the amount of caffeine. Laurin, great video. Is there a place to ask you a simple unrelated question to this video? I know a little about dieting & calorie deficit & cardio etc. My question is more how does someone slowly bring up their calories off season to healthy levels? If one has been dieting down from 214lbs with 25-27% BF to about 182lbs currently on 1,200 calories for past 1-2 months. How does one strategically bump it back up to over 2,000 calories without it all being fat? Are there similar platues while lean bulking as there are with diet phase & cutting? Tried best 2 keep it short 😆
Losing weight with hypothyroidism is impossible and I wish the doctors would be more truthful with their female patients you will never in your life lose that weight if you lose 5 lb you're going to gain 15 in the matter of 2 weeks you can get all the vegetables in the world you can exercise 7 days a week baby your body will not allow you to lose the weight and people need to accept it. I went from 125 to 210 lb in the matter 2 to 3 years eating salads you name every diet I did it I accepted my body I walked out with my belly shirt my gut hanging out and you know what my husband looked it all up enjoy it
Seems very different than what Louie Simmons recommends to how to properly use this...he specifically says not to do some of the things she's doing. I'd be careful using this video's advice to not injury yourself with her form.
