Laurin, great video. Is there a place to ask you a simple unrelated question to this video? I know a little about dieting & calorie deficit & cardio etc. My question is more how does someone slowly bring up their calories off season to healthy levels? If one has been dieting down from 214lbs with 25-27% BF to about 182lbs currently on 1,200 calories for past 1-2 months. How does one strategically bump it back up to over 2,000 calories without it all being fat? Are there similar platues while lean bulking as there are with diet phase & cutting? Tried best 2 keep it short 😆
