Hey guys! On this channel, I review fragrances and let you know things about performance, scent, and the compliment factor. I'm always open to ideas, so leave me a comment with any video requests. Feel free to email me at the email address here with inquiries: glamfindssarah@gmail.com
Good morning Beautiful ❤❤❤ Thank you for this review! I have Heritage 25 and Karus Amber. I love them, but I do not have this one, but I'm going to pick it up!
You should have let your cdnim edp macerate/mature..it would have been a different comparison..im talking atleast for 2 or 3 months after you sprayed about 20 or 30 sprays out of the bottle to get oxygen into it then let it mature..i know this vid is oldish but this is just more of a for future reference comment so time of posting is irrelevant..nice review though.
I just got Secret Musk because I was told it was similar to BR540. I don’t get that at all! I get an opening of Amberythm and then a little leathery note. It’s not bad but I’ve been layering it just to use it. Not a super fan of it on its own 😞
@@jenniferburton1395 I'm sure those are the people that think Instant Crush smells like 540 but I hate that comparison because it bares absolutely no truth!
You're just right. Very overhyped. I bought it and for me also not nice. The opening is to strong pepper and coconut. In the very late drydown it becomes a nice Vanille scent. For me also not the best lattafa. regrettably I had see your review too late. Thanks for the great reviews.
Hi dear, I just got four of the Glenn Perri Unpredictable lineup. The You; Star, Sport Extreme and Pure. I really am glad to add these to my collection. I'm thinking of getting the Pour Homme but still deciding because it's a EDT and not an EDP like the ones I got.
I finally picked this up being a big fan of the Ideal line. I'm still waiting for Extreme to come down in price and the two new ones are solidly on my radar. Great review as it gives me more confidence in my blind buy, thank you!
Can we have a full review of Cordova, please? Corium is good, most appreciated from the line I think...There's plenty about it around. Cordova is still under the radar and there is not much in detail. It would be nice to hear what you think about it from your perspective. Good introduction as always. Thanks for the review.
Always great stuff Sarah. Gourmands, or anything near gourmand, forever reminded me of scented candles. It was only within the last 3 or 4 years or so that I really could get into them. Hope you're feeling better 💪
I think this is a Pegasus Exclusif clone. What do you think? I just got a sample of Pegasus Exclusif from the department stare and compared them side by side. I think they are very close.
I most definitely would dress a gourmand up.. I've worn New Haarlem to a wedding and on various summer nights out with it being summer.. Keep em coming Ms. Sara🤙🏿 "THUMBS UP"🥊🔔
@@GlamFinds question i have lattafa sublime and banana republic dark cherry and amber already do you know if its close to those fruits scents i just don't want to get another one that would be redundant ya know what i mean? Thanks
@colestephens854 this one is pretty versatile but if you don't have anything invictus style, pacific from rayhaan is a good choice. That dna seems to constantly crush for me.
You're correct. I picked this up recently and can't believe how good it is. I find the performance to be very good. 2 sprays on my arm in the early evening is still projecting lightly hours later. Fragrantica has it compared to Prada Luna Rossa Black which is similar to the excellent VC&A Midnight In Paris, but I think it's better than Luna Rossa Black and I own both MIP and Luna Rossa Black. The 125 ml bottle is priced to sell for 128 euros on the Caron Europe site, so the US prices at discounters are a bargain. I have Yatagan and like its old school feel (it was released in 1978), but Pour Un Homme Caron Le Soir est tout simplement magnifique!
I love gourmands but noticed that I don't wear trendy literal gourmands (e.g. Bianco Latte) as often or as universally as I would wear a perfume-y gourmand (e.g. La Belle or LDBS). I would easily wear the latter on a night out but idk if I would wear Bianco for a night out. Keen on hearing any others' thoughts on this as well!
@@notimportant123 I completely agree! They're cozy and my preference is to wear them in the evening at home or on a cool night where I'm doing something low key in the winter!
Typically, I use vanillas to provide a sweet, smooth base-layer for other fragrances. For instance, With "Eclaire"...I layer that one full-body, then accent pulse-point sprays of "Red Tobacco" on. I'm perfectly sweet, creamy and spicy for the rest of the day!
@@GlamFinds Hahaha...it is. 10 sprays of "Eclaire" and about 6 sprays of "RT"....I don't need to reapply all day, and I have to avoid contact with other humans for the first 2 hours...lol
@Detman101 this is actually promo from the brand itself. This is actually the first Lattafa I was sent ever (despite having reviewed Lattafa for years... and again, Al Ameed is still my favorite and the one I will ALWAYS BUY and have).
