We were shite against Burton ,yes we scored a couple of early goals ,against a totally shite team but after that it was dross ,and to prove it they beat us at there place ,we will never be a strong team under sadler scum he won't buy players ,relying on loans isn't the way a big example Rhodes he was never our player ,sadler out .
Our complete season reflected in a single game - terrible defensively looking not only disorganised but totally lacking in ability. Odd moments of excitement going forward (we will miss Demble next season) but we don’t threaten the opposition goal enough in a game and when we do, tends to be on an individual ad hoc basis, rather than an organised one.
We had the players this season to get promoted, Neil Critchley’s tactics are to blame, his stubborn mindset and lack of flexibility cost us the playoffs . I didn’t want him back and now GO !
For all 3 Reading goals, Ekpiteta is just found lacking any defensive intelligence. First goal, never looks behind him to see who's there or who he's meant to pick up, clips shows you he's dawdling for about 10 seconds, doing absolutely nothing to defend. 2nd goal his man gets away from him, then he plays headless chicken until they score. 3rd goal, he stands there rooted to the spot as the Reading forward flicks it on to his team-mate for the goal. Never seen a CB in a Blackpool shirt who's as bad as he is. Critchley to blame also for selecting him and giving him sweeper responsibilities, when he can't pass to save his life.
I agree about Marv but let's not ignore Husband for the 3rd either. Jogging back and then even looks over his shoulder at the goal scorer before turning away from the ball. My 7 yesr old wouldn't dare turn his back when closing down the ball. Shambles
Sadler out and the first game against burton was shite ,and no surprise they beat us at there place ,too many loan players thanks to owners ,zero spend to buy new players .
im a chelsea fan but blackpool fans tell me how good karamoko dembele has been this season? i remember at celtic 4-5 years ago he was one of the most hyped up youth players itw. Good to see hes getting G/A
I would have agreed before today, but every one of the starting eleven put a huge shift in. Beesley had a good game, Joseph didn't do much at all when he came on.
