I saw this same property from presello about a year ago. I noticed a big difference between presello and and this pretty property presentor. Medyo masyado lang pong babad sa host ang camera kaya ang hirap ma appreciate ng property. No offense po but the host seems to beat around the bush. Paulit ulit kung minsan yung mga sinasabi and hindi straight to the point. Umakyat sa taas ng guest house pero nag stay lang sa terrace and did not show what's inside of the function room. Unlike in presello the host presented the property in all aspects pero direct to the point wala ng maraming unecessary comments. Short and simple yet very informative.
