The presentation could have been better if they focused more on the property details such as the interiors, more especially. Iwasan sana ang focus sa presenter. The host should be more straightforward with the showcase of every nook and cranny of the property instead of too many unnecessary anecdotes. Too many details are left out unfortunately.

Two words: Brains & Beauty Positive side: 1. A soft-Enticing Sweet voice. 2. A well-mannered decent presentable attractive dress code 3. Extra-Mile Well-detailed explanation... That attracts not just boomers and mellenials but as well as GenX generations. Things to improve: To video Grapher Sounds not consistent especially the volume. I saw this same property from presello about a year ago. I noticed a big difference between presello and and this pretty property presentor. Medyo masyado lang pong babad sa host ang camera kaya ang hirap ma appreciate ng property. No offense po but the host seems to beat around the bush. Paulit ulit kung minsan yung mga sinasabi and hindi straight to the point. Umakyat sa taas ng guest house pero nag stay lang sa terrace and did not show what's inside of the function room. Unlike in presello the host presented the property in all aspects pero direct to the point wala ng maraming unecessary comments. Short and simple yet very informative.

Presentation bagot po. Siguro ang buyer is interested sa dagat kaya bibili ng beach house sana focus more sa dagat features and benifits and location pano pumunta dyan nasaan ang entrance. Yung bahay not much important kung materiales puertes whatever na nagpamahal sa price. Ambagal mo ate bagot talaga. Si buyer losing interest. Isang item na feature mo parang ten yrs. Sorry po.
