Bro you're great fabricator but who swaps out focal utopia mids and probably tweets for crappy hertz WOW and they would have sounded better in the dash and just doing an on axis tweeter build. Very clean and beautifully fabbed but I wouldn't even let a client swap the utopias for the hertz if that's what happend 😭
Love your vids, I'm in the market of having a dsp/Amp. According to your experience, Audison forza, zapco, or alpine ? I will be installing myself, and I don't have much experience. Thank you
Each will have challenges if you're new to DSP. I'm partial to the Audison. It's fairly intuitive and takes some of the guesswork out. I haven't seen Alpine's at all, or Zapco's for several years.
I need help on how to set the HPF on the subwoofer settings. The LPF is set at 79Hz. What should be the HPF setting to be used for front and rear speakers? The HPF setting is shown in the subwoofer settings menu and I couldn’t find a menu for filter settings for the speakers. Please advise
@@SoundscapeCarAudio1 so it’s a matter of cutting the original wiring harness from the factory amp and connecting to the audison in order to feed the speakers?

Rear speakers cause the front stage imaging to lose focus. Everything we listen to is in two channels, so playing the system in that format reveals the intended sound stage.
I just finally got to listen to your SQology podcast with Klifton. I really enjoyed hearing your history and love seeing the passion you have for car audio. I bought a model S second hand and it came with an Audioson AP8.9 a JL Clean sweep signal summing interface and an Audioson APF 1D Subwoofer amp. I had no idea it had any of this until I was replacing a tail light yesterday. I seem to be missing a subwoofer and when I was working on my door the front speaker looked mediocre. Since I have the Amps and equipment for great sound I am looking at some speaker upgrades. I think they guy took the nice speakers but left the amp and stuff mentioned above. Thinking about Alphasonik speakers and Sub.
Hi model s 2016 here is anyway to get - + audio out from the car just wire nothing else, try to open the door to use the speakers - + but can't open the door very strong and worried to broken it if I push out hard, is there any way to get audio out - + from this car.
