I am a filmmaker & professional photographer based in Southern California. My work includes National Geographic, Discovery Channel, and various international natural history programs. This channel is mainly about my drone captures above the ocean. I am an FAA certified Drone Pilot. I'm NOT a marine biologist. I encourage independent verification of facts via scientific references. I will strive to post citations for any information I discuss on RU-vid whenever possible. My goal is to use photography and drones to bring awareness to wildlife and the nature around us. I welcome collaborations with scientists whenever possible. I aim to bring cinematic elements to the educational presentation.

MALIBU ARTIST.....Just saw a video of a man picking the barnicals off of a Grey Whale. He spoke to the Grey Whale and kept calling her to him. He picked off all her barnicals. Maybe try that. He said he thought the barnicals were painful. ❤ I hope you figure it out. ❤❤❤❤❤
She is so stunning!! Thank you Carlos for the visuals you give that uplift my days. Seeing that beautiful fat lady is gives me hope for the future of these animals. And i absolutely love that you want to observe them without any interference. Your videos are truly the real behavior of these animals. That is something we have not seen in the past.
Thanks so much for do this. It really break my heart to see what some human does can harm this creatures are so important for the ecosystem. Theyt so pretty and incredible animals. So beautiful.
O quanto idiota vc tem que ser para achar que está seguro em cima de uma prancha, caiaque ou um barco pequeno perto de um animal grande forte como um tubarão branco... as pessoas estão perdendo a noção do perigo, se arriscam de forma insana...
I saw rays do this from up high on the Blue Heron Bridge in the intracoastal waterway here in S.Florida,it was a beautiful vantage point❤later in the month I swam w a 12ft hammerhead,it had a small eagle ray tracking it against the shore so i was in the middle.8ft of water. I snapped my footage and got out. It swam right past me,I didnt reach out and pet her,she was that close😊❤😊
This should be a government paid job to have people patrol the ocean with drones then signal the Lifeguards or police.... although attacks are "rare," people are still sitting ducks
I'm a kiwi who lived in LA for 8 years. Recently movcd to London. Love your videos and miss going to Malibu. A beautiful area. Saving to get back to So Cal.
Isn't it naive to think that species who live side by side in the ocean don't interact? Technology now allows us to see it. Your recordings are a pleasure to watch.
I love sharks ..but If an idea like this ever popped in my head..every fiber of my being would look like that Asian guy trying to walk across the glass sky Bridge..😂😂
Puget sound took a whale watching trip and met ruffles. He was a 28 foot long male. The back of his dorsal fin look like a ruffle potato chip. Where I got his name? I was 6 feet away from him. It was calm sunny the water was clear. We saw 85 of the 96 puget sound killer whales an absolutely magical day.
It's amazing how difficult it is to see huge animals like sharks or sea lions that are literally within 5-10 yards from you while you're floating in the water. Those kids were clearly distracted by the drone but they probably wouldn't have seen the shark anyway.
I absolutely love your channel! The peace & Beauty it brings ❤️ The fact that you don’t show the poor sea lions and seals being eaten by sharks is so refreshing. I can’t take watching that over and over in all the shark videos. Thank you for your beautiful work
