New agents take notes! I wish someone told me this when I first started but it’s okay to not want to work with someone if they’re rude, indecisive, stand you up at appointments, sketchy. Trust your gut; if someone feels off or you think they may be wasting your time it’s because they probably are. Say bye and move on to the next best prospect. Great clip! ❤

I meet the appraiser if they’re OK with it. I have a listing right now where the appraiser was scheduled and then before I could even get my comps and packet together, he called me to reschedule and was gonna go out that afternoon. I told him I’d meet him and he asked that I not be there. So I respected that and definitely didn’t want to annoy him with my presence and affect value. 😂😂 But I didn’t get to leave anything because he unexpectedly moved it up 3 days sooner.
I'm so glad to hear that you do! Sometimes I feel like I'm odd on that but, it seems to make a difference. Lol I'm with you, if they say no, I'm nowhere to be found 🤣 Kinda makes me wonder if they move it up like that on purpose.

It would be for my sphere and honestly for me too but, I think it depends on your audience. If I had value to bring once a week to my past clients/sphere I would do it but, I know I don't so I stick to monthly!
