The video was made before 4th jobs existed, so no traits. But you'll most likely be doing 100 POW 97 CRT. A baseline for stats would be: STR: 120 AGI: Enough to hit 193 VIT: 100 or more INT: 1 DEX: 1 LUK: The rest goes here, looking at ~100 or more
Damage wise, it might be better, but you'll be missing out on a lot of Crit. Especially if you want to do Purgatory and Fortessa. I still think that Temporal Circlet + any weapon of your choosing (LT series or Wicked) is foolproof. Especially considering there might be newer weapons that might not combo with a hat and power creep weapons such as G&E.
hello, is Weapon Block Status on your server is customized? so it can proc by savage impact and rollcut, because as far as I've used it, it only proc when I was attacked by opponents thank you
isn't the dmg boost that high because you have size penalty with the rest of the manteaus while you put drake card to compare the pirate's captain coat? against large katar have 75% size penalty so you are dealing 25% less dmg, to compare like that you should use infinity shadow shield with the other manteaus otherwise is not a fair comparison

I remember 6~8years ago I was playing on this private server with my two handed rune knight... I always hunt Atroce everyday at fixed time because he is so easy to find... I hunted him so hard that I got atroce card (this p.server has like 0.01% drop on boss cards)
You can either get enough gear and burst the mob before it's mechanics occur or using a Tao Gunka to have just enough HP that you survive the mob's burst (Pop a ygg during their burst that's supposed to kill you but you live with 1 ~ 50% HP).
Your build is very good, but I would make some improvements as in IB. The main change I would make is to change your Enchants from RK to GX [G] + [M] which are better than RK's and [M] and [L] would use DEX Exchange Onyx [M] + DEX Exchange Onyx [L] , put 2 more on Dex and use a Void Mimic Card on Acc. thank you, my inspiration was your build and I made other improvements and it's great.
