Being an electrician myself and now currently working as electrical/mechanical technician in a foundry factory. I really appreciate this video. One word: Amazing! Yes, health and safety is a big concern and quality too. But this is a backyard factory and yet they can produce motors and pumps using very simple and archaic machines.
All these guys deserve to have their wages tripled at least and they would still be esrning bugger all, their processes maybe outdatec but they ard all craftmen.
