I've been making cinnamon buns lately and wondered what else I could put in them as filling. And here you are with three lovely candidates. I learned recently how healthful poppy seeds are, so that is at the top of my list. The pot that you made the apricot filling in is quite beautiful. I rejoice in wonderful kitchen equipment. Thank you for your presentation.
@@cookingwithlovefamilytradi8809 Your version is so much simpler because you roast the eggplant instead of frying it. Less rich too which is a benefit.
Alcohol was omitted because the trifle was being served to children but you can always add it if you wish. This version of custard is light but still creamy. It's perfect for a trifle. Give it a try.
First let me say my girlfriend loves this channel. She has become a very good cook. But I was wondering if you have a recipe for Ukrainian kuch, oats soaked and cooked, honey, poppyseed wet, 2 kinds of raisins, salt and cook in frig for a day. It's delicious. On Easter my father would throw it at the ceiling in the sign of the cross ✝.
I'm happy that your girlfriend is enjoying our channel. We don't have a recipe for such, this is not a dish we are familiar with. It sounds delicious though.
Our family recipe we add olive oil, one sliced onion, half can tomato paste & frozen peas with some water. Cover and let the cook. Once that’s ready add to cooked pasta.
Oh my gosh this is a great tutorial and siblings baking together makes it even better! 💙 I’ve got poppyseeds ordered and next up (if I’m successful) will be apricot which is my favorite fruit filling. If I omit raisins from the poppyseed do I need to adjust anything? Looking forward to exploring your channel. God Bless you and thanks for sharing your recipe and technique with us.
Thank you for your nice comment. You don't have to adjust anything if you omit the raisins. We have posted a lot of recipes so hopefully you'll find others that you like.
This looks amazing. I will definitely try it. I was looking at your sauce thinking how great it looked and then you said “if you want my sauce recipe, I will add a link’” perfect !
