Hi, At the front of the Legend Force Rear Tiller there is a long spring that is wrapped around a metal cable. The spring in my tiller came undone. Where does it connect to? Could you send me a picture of the spring and where it connects at both ends please?
Ive really been thinking about getting one, but idk. It seems small and it makes me scared if it turned on while one of my cats were in it 😅. Might look into the litter robot 4.
Do you love that litter box still? I just watch that video and I’m curious about it. I have a 15 lb cat and wonder if he could even get into it. I have four cats total.
Received the item and charged overnight. Put vac in pool. Moved approximately 3 feet then stopped. Contacted customer support and they were totally useless. Said since I purchased this on eBay, they would not honor the warranty. Do not waste your money, total garbage and horrible customer service
Use it one season. It worked fine but occasionallygot stuck on drain. Its very heavy. Too heavy for my wife. . Starting 2nd season and watching this video to re-orient myself with how it works. Works okay but misses spots and gets caught on drain.. No bad but nothing to rave about. We'll see if it works this 2nd season. Charging now.
We've had a Dreame X40 Ultra for about a month. NONE of the available videos even come close to calling out all of the features and settings you can control on this robot. This is a start and forget machine. It has gotten stuck ONCE and we use it EVERY DAY, the one time one of the mop pads got stuck under the wheel of some furniture and popped off! The floors, hardwood, luxury vinal planking, tile, a small amount of fixed carper and many throw rugs and bath mats. All are navigated with no issues. I got a GREAT deal on this unit, $1519.00 on a prerelease purchase, BUT I'd definitely pay the $1,899.00 full price (they typically have some type of sale).
I just got one of the shark matrix with the self emptying base, sadly I didn’t have $1,800 to spend but love watching these and appreciate the fact there are people that make more money than me so I can appreciate all this latest tech 🎉🎉🎉🎉
I'm leaving this comment with as many PW reviews as I can ....... DO NOT neglect to add pump conditioner ( anti-freeze solution ) to the pump after using . I have just had 3 units to go down because of this . THEY make a big deal out of " Winterizing " these machine , BUT the real problem is pump corrosion . These pumps have an alloy casing that corrode if water is left in the pump , an anti-freeze solution will prevent this . Some of these pumps are not available as replacements and others cost more than the machine !!! Did I say Cat ?
If it's Auto do I need to have a phone or the app to make it automatically do the kitty dumping does the Wi-Fi have to be on sorry the neighbors stole my box got the manager to get it back and I didn't get the directions back
The 3-hour runtime is impressive! I always found that previous models would die too quickly. The horizontal waterline cleaning feature looks like it will be a big help with those stubborn pool edges.

Is it only me who has problems with the weighting induction protection ? About a week ago my scooper se just stops midway every cycle which is very annoying tbh Would love to know if anyone else has this problem and what I need to do to prevent it maybe it’s obvious and I’m just stupid
So you save 3 maps, BUT with a small bin container and no water tank, how can u use it on another floor? U cant i think... My ramp failed. Or you gotta lug the base station to another floor????
