I have a question, we have this pool cleaner but I lost the red rubber cover that goes over where the battery is charged. I’ve contacted the company but no reply. Is there somewhere I can buy that part?? I’d appreciate any help, thank you!

Mine stopped working after 5 times in pool push the red button and nothing

Just got mines. Opening it straight from the box I notice it would beep and blink “battery” while In charge. Also noticed when I took it out of charge and press” on” it would just blink “battery”. Any idea why? Thank you in advance!

Mine drops lots of debris when extracted out of the pool….
