I help moms with families suffering from tooth decay and or gum disease get the support they need through an online program & community with easy to implement strategies so they can heal their mouths, be free of pain and proud of their smile
you can make your own xilithol rinse/toothpaste, use 25% xilitol to 75% distilled water for rinsing and 25% xilitol, about 65% calcium carbonate and 10% (or 7% glicerin and 3% distilled water) glycerin and mix till you get a thick paste and voila, cheap, healthy shelf stable paste.
Wow!! I don’t know why NONE of the Dr’s I have seen over the past 15 freaking years has told me about this! It’s always a damn prescription!! 🤬😒 I have suffered for so long with congestion. It became severe after Covid 3 1/2 years ago!! I am STILL suffering! Also with my lungs. I just implemented nebulizing Glutathione, (a specific type) to help heal my lungs. Courtesy of a wonderful nurse who is also a pharmacist who owns and operates a family owned compounding pharmacy near me! What a lifesaver she has been! ❤️❤️ Thank you for this video! I was a mouth breather as a child. My immune system was not all that strong before Covid due to stress. After Covid my health took a nose dive. I changed my diet and lifestyle about 3 years ago now. I make all my hygiene and cleaning products now to cut down on toxic load. I am working on my stress with mindfulness, Vagal nerve and breathing exercises. I have Xylitol on hand. Could I mix a tsp in 2 cups of warm distilled water and also use this in my nasal flushes? I plan to also purchase this spray as I hope it will help me sleep at night through my nose. I currently just use an over the counter medicated nasal spray so I can breathe normally at night. I know it’s not good to keep taking, I’ve just been so desperate! Thank you again!! ❤️
Why xylitol should be used as a replacement for coconut oil, instead of just being added to the oil in small quantities. Not sure how safe it is to put a chemical like xylitol in such high concentrations in the mouth. Many wonder chemicals were found to be poisonous 20 years later after huge damage had already been done. Chemical companies have huge advertising budgets, and they are always asking people to replace natural substances with their chemicals.
This is very interesting... so, you do "oil pulling" with xylitol, : how long (5min. ? 10 min.?) does xylitol dissolve entirely in your mouth ? Do you swollow your saliva with the rest of the "pulling" ? I always read that one should not ingest the rest when done with coconut oil (or other oils) because of all the "germs" collected from our mouth.... I am French and in France "oil pulling" is not well known...
I do both,I oil pull in the morning after brushing my teeth and I brush with floride free tooth paste that has xylitol in it. In the evening I do xylitol pulling ,and brush my teeth with the floride free toothpaste that has xylitol in it. Doing both I have noticed whiter and stronger teeth, and my breath is way less funky. My dentist had scheduled an appointment for me to get a couple fillings, but when I went in they were gone. So keep coconut pulling, but also use the xylitol or erythritol because all 3 work wonders on your teeth and overall mouth cleanliness and health
@@dl7596 although xylitol and erythritol do have similar components , xylitol is much less dangerous than erythritol ,and it rebuilds the minerals on your teeth. So indeed erythritol is not good, but xylitol is great for your teeth
@@babeena_gt_3645 So I wonder why you posted the advice, "So keep coconut pulling, but also use the xylitol *or erythritol* because all 3 work wonders"?

BTW, if you have received multiple copies of this, I'm sorry, but every time I refresh the page, this posting has disappeared, so I have tried to repost it as I can't see anything that RU-vid's police censors would object to.
When do I use this? Before brushing my teeth? After brushing my teeth? Only after meals? And how long do I swish? I notably typically eat 2x a day and like to brush my teeth after, though I've been waiting at least 30 mins of late after eating since I have the time, but I'm not sure how sustainable that will be once life gets busy/I'm not home as much.
Curious what your thoughts are on OralDNA vs Bristle vs Viome? All seem useful in different ways, as they test for slightly different things & offer different recommendations.
I usually just keep some xylitol mouth rinse made up ahead.....just xy and water, with maybe 1-2 drops of ppmt eo... is this ok, or is using crystals DIRECTLY a better approach?......i can see where allowing saliva to become the liquid might have an advantage.....(♥)
