This video deserved more views. Had no idea there was a difference until I bought a special mouth rinse to help with tonsil stones. Gargling and move right and left loosens the mucus! No wonder I have been suffering for so long. You are a Godsend.
@@daniii2903 I think it depends on how bad you have them. I experience them sometimes and typically they’re pretty small so the rinse helps me a lot. They have a complete system however I only use the rinse. I am also mindful of the foods that produce mucus and limit them.

I like to look at other aspects that help biofilm and ph control over always arguing fluoride (not that you are arguing but it’s a heated topic even tho there is so much more to talk about)

Please forgive my strange username. I really like this video and it was really exciting to watch. I really wish I could have heard you gargling and I wish you would have actually gargled for as long as you possibly could until you ran out of breath. I think that would have been really exciting to see. I hope to not offend you with my comments here. I really liked seeing this video.
