Real estate motion graphics, tracked property outlines, map animations + UKG ::: I mostly use this as a portfolio for my professional freelancing work. I work in commercial real estate marketing by day, motion graphics and video editor by every other minute of the day.
@@elvirbiber7179 use google maps, google my maps or google earth pro to generate a KML/KMZ, using directions point A to point B. Then import into geolayers. Then add trim paths (or animate path within geolayers) and keyframe for timing and style. 😎
hi sir I can make this kind of videos and I already make some videos for epic estates here is a mistake in your video your subject people do not know where is this land and your subject is not clear so if you want at next time I can make videos for you with a pair price
Hi, thanks for the video. 6 months ago you said you would make the course. Is it done? if not, please advise the courses that you took and the RU-vid channels. I would be very grateful
Hey there! Still planning to design some tutorials here and build a comprehensive course to get more people skilled in this field who want to learn, but it’s been crazy for me with my job and freelancing on the side. There are tons of videos, but the thing is each video incorporates different approaches. What I have tried is testing out various methods to see what works for you and with your footage. Sometimes the footage doesn’t work well with certain methods, so you need to have workaround methods. I always intended this page to serve more as a portfolio, but still considering moving to teaching. Just need the time!
Bro, how tf did you learn to do this? I was outsourcing my editing and now I have to do it. My editor was really good at this but he’s no longer with us. Long story long…I’ve seen some decent tutorials but not near as good as this. Are you using google earth studio and then putting it in AF? Teach me your ways master Jedi!
Ha ha! It took a few years of learning! Mainly After Effects, but then adding in Geolayers and Google Earth Studio. Most of my work is in real estate, so each project is a little case study that I can explore. For the Google Earth Studio question, yes you first work in GES and then import it into After Effects and work from there. Each has their own workflow. The best part is there are tons of tutorials on RU-vid, but as with most projects with After Effects there are 100 diffrent ways to do the same thing. So learn the basics and then develop your own style and flair. I'm working on making tutorial courses between taking clients and a full time job, but it's coming young padawan!
@@chavonetmedia Thanks for your replies! I'll locate some tuts on 3D camera tracking to start getting my feet wet. I grew up all around this area; West Palm, Jupiter, Boca, Lake Worthless... 🤣 Good 'ol days at the beaches back in the 70's thru 90's. A LOT less people! Cheers!
Thanks! No MochaPro with that particular effect. That is done using 3D camera tracker and then setting keyframes for anchor point or position for the Y value that drop it into place. Good luck!
Moving the keyframes from the mask path to its own shape layer is such a smart idea! Keeps everything clean, simple and easy to tweak without the masked footage in there. Also, I didn't know you could get a new empty shape layer just by single clicking the pen tool--Bonus Tip! Thanks for the great resource, definitely looking forward to future videos.
Yes, I agree. I'd like to explore some other uses, going into and out of GES and Geolayers, maybe even incorporate some Cesium Ion to create something truly unique!
Nice Video. What are the other applications used in the video? Can you please name the application that are by Microsoft? It looks good compare to Google Earth.
Thank you for these excellent videos that are useful to those interested in real estate activity.. but my question is: are these scenes from electronic applications or Google Earth maps or MAP? Or is it a video taken by a drone and then you edited and wrote on it?
Thanks! All of map animations are done with Geolayers and After Effects. The drone video with graphics added are provided by the client and I add the graphic overlays to each clip.
Thanks! Yes, geolayers only provides a limited number of icons. You can import everything as you would with any other after effects compostions, so png, jpg, etc.
RU-vid has a few tutorials. I’d recommend the Geolaoyers course from BooneLovesVideo for more a larger overview, but I have some tutorial content coming out soon as well!
well done brother really is very cool, iam in ethiopia i want to start real estate video graph and photographic like what you did in this project, can you tell me where can i get tutorial in motion graphics or 3d camera track
I haven’t created any tutorials. But everything is on RU-vid! Search 3D Camera tracker real estate. You can do a lot of the work without buying any new plugins except the map animation is Geolayers3 and you have to buy that license
