I recently completed this project for a client that incorporated their drone video and information from their offering memorandum, for a multi-family commercial real estate listing. This video incorporated tracked motion graphics and map animations, mostly using After Effects. I think the final product is some of my best work to date.
My favorite parts are when the cars drive over the street names (done with Mocha Pro) and the full acre animation. My other favorite is the monochromatic map animation higlighting the Five Points area. I had to get extra creative with the KML files, but I think it came out engaging for the viewer.
