Saigon is the name of the city , after 1975 , the North took over the South and changed it to HCM city , HCM was a dictator and mass murderer in the north , who ordered the killing of over 172 thousand farmers , so we the Southerner people did not want to call our Saigon as HCM . Plz called it the old name of Saigon .
