Every cost engineer establishes his own, because this will vary depending on so many reasons. I suggest you start collecting such information and create a productivity sheet. Then from there keep updating it.

Where are you finding skilled carpenters for $14.06 per hour? It's $58.00 per hour in my country, excluding allowances, penalties and compulsory employer superannuation contributions. Don't even ask what electricians cost...😂
