How I wish everyone who has been falsely accused of anything can afford lawyers like those in Johnny Depps team so that they can be properly represented in court and be assured that they will be defended passionately and strongly.
Think about it, if she was seriously injured from the beatings as her testimony, her medical records would be presented in the trial already. She literally produced nothing.. "I told this person that person" didn't help her claims
The fact that they didn't do their homework and prepared the questions within the law with THEYR OWN CLIENT is amazing and just shows how incompetent her lawyers are. It's your fucking client.. how do you manage to fail at properly preparing the questions you are going to ask her???
Okay, coming back to this after watching many trials with EDB, I can understand a little bit why Elaine kept arguing in front of the jury instead of at sidebar. Some judges want that and in Karen Reed's case, the judge doesn't even want to hear anything besides objection. That's CRAZY. So maybe Elaine was used to that and had to push more because her client was making it difficult. Obviously some fault on Elaine but the fact that a judge doesn't even want to hear why there's an objection and then can rule on it??
I know I had never heard of Adam Walden, before this trial. I will say I agree with him fully. On his take on the entire matter, I feel strongly that his theory was 💯 accurate.
I always hate when leading questions still work despite objections, like. "Did Mr.X draw attention to the damage to your nose when you met?" "Objection Leading." "What did Mr.X do when you met?" "OH! He immediately called attention to my nose" 🙄🙄🙄
I hope Camille is now a billionare and has a great house with a lot of kids and a big pool and a few dogs running around. Love to see good professionals perform their roles. Makes me wanna be a lawyer.
16:01 you can tell camille takes courtroom etiquette very seriously. Her face when Elaine is airing out her argument in front of their jury says it all. And then look at the smirk 3 seconds later when she returns to the table 😂😂😂😂
