Ok, I did read the description and I mean no disrespect when I say this, but at the house of gold music video after it was done, she said how like one guy was like "oh let's make a video where were cut in half and our guts are hanging out" and the other guy was like "that's the coolest idea ever!" I'm sorry but that triggered me a lot because y'all could have at least looked up the meaning and what it means to Tyler about being torn between his career and his family. And I really dont like how she was like so smart about it. Again, I dont mean any disrespect at all, but maybe if you could look up the meaning she might could understand it a little better.💛
It's the dad who died. The song is literally about Troye trying to ask the other person to talk with him so he can comfort him(or the other way around, the other boy asking someone to "Talk him Down" because he feels sad). But since in the video, the boy isn't able to cope with his father's death and other problems he is dealing with. He decided to end his life.

I introduced my mom to TØP, and at first she thought it was kind of strange (idk why) but then she started to listen more and began to really like them. Now she loves them. ❤ (My dad already knew about them and liked them, by my mom had hardly ever heard of them)
