This is what I wanted the Fine Brother's do: have adults / elders react to the trilogy rather than teens. It would have been very insightful to see and gauge their reaction to something their generation previously failed to accept / acknowledge.
right I would say kids cause I'm not old enough to be a on trends react but when they make out in the second video they can't watch it but is so cute watch it all the time
If you look closely near the beginning of Wild, you see troye running towards the edge of the cliff, maybe that means that he committed suicide. I think it was Troye's funeral that they were all attending in Talk Me Down, because most of the people there were dark-haired, and I think Matt was dreaming of Troye at the funeral, because the girl was giving him confused looks bc only Matt can see Troye and at the end Matt committed suicide to be with Troye, and the clip of them as kids jumping is both of them whilst you only see Matt 'jump', meaning that Troye's already dead idkk what this comment is, just what I think who agrees with me?
KKK loves troye sivan but why would the girl attend her boyfriend's boyfriend's funeral? And why wasn't the dad present? And why were they showing flashbacks of the kid with his father?
I know this was forever ago buuuut... A girlfriend might not attend her boyfriend's boyfriend's funeral but she would probably go to her boyfriend's childhood best friend's funeral. Just a thought.
It's the dad who died. The song is literally about Troye trying to ask the other person to talk with him so he can comfort him(or the other way around, the other boy asking someone to "Talk him Down" because he feels sad). But since in the video, the boy isn't able to cope with his father's death and other problems he is dealing with. He decided to end his life.
I wish you would just let your mom watch and talk to her about it after because you're distracting her and it's hard to be immersed into the video while you're talking.
But the mom wasn’t always watching and she was telling her to watch, also the mom wasn’t being interesting and that’s the whole point of a reaction video is to see and hear the reactors thoughts and understandings of what is happening as it happens.
I know there is probably ppl who will hate me for saying this but I love Troye because he was the one that helped me come out yea I might get made fun of being gay but honestly if u hate me for saying this so b it I don't pay attention to the homophobes or haters and for anyone out there going through problems like this b urself in front of ppl who hate on u the thing to it is that if ur getting bullied forget them because in there life they r just sad but the best thing you can do is ignore them or just move on with ur life by that I'm saying don't b afraid to hold hands with ur partner or something there is nothing wrong with being urself don't let ppl make choices for u make ur own because ur better off that way and trust me u don't want other ppl to make ur choices because if they do they might not be the best choices for me coming out was the best thing I've ever done because I got on with my life and I found myself together with the most beautiful person ever anyway those r my tips for u ppl struggling out there anyway have a great day peace ✌️
Wow! Mackenzie...good job getting mom to watch and discuss these videos. I'm so happily surprised to see someone of your age with such a broad understanding of such serious matters. And Mom, GREAT job on raising such a open minded and perceptive young woman. As a gay man, who lived deeply in the closet for more than 35 years, the progress we're making just make my heart sing. Thank you both - people like you are moving us forward into a future where people won't kill themselves for who they love.
Troye Same. My parents do not accept LGBT individuals because of religion. And also because they do not understand how two peopleof the same sex can be in love. I still do not have the courage to come out as bisexual.
Mackenzie Koehn I wasn't trying to make fun of you, sorry if it came off that way I was more making fun of the English language. Sorry again that it came off that way.
The best part of this video was when the dog looked straight into the camera lens! Hahahaha! I love that pooch! Reminds me exactly of my beloved Blue Moon. I miss her so much. Rest well, my baby girl. I'll see you again someday. :*)
The dad doesn't die, Troye committed suicide and that was his funeral, and then the other character committed suicide because he didn't want to be without Troye and did what to live in a life where he couldn't be himself
+meme trash why do you think when he finds Troye sitting down he's like😦 and when he hugs him and his "girlfriend" sees him she looks at him like he is crazy, 2) when Troye walks up to where the funeral is no one acknowledges him, cause they can't see him, 3) at the very end when they are both on the cliff Troye opens his eyes because he is now in a place where he sees who he really is and always will be and the other guy closes his eyes because he had chose not to see what it would be like when he is himself and now is going to join the person he loves. Why do you think they both go there and then it shows them as little kids jumping, Troye is there to help him get through that and finally be with him
My theory: I think that both Troye and Matt jumped off the cliff in Talk Me Down because if Troye jumped off in Fools, he would be dead now and let's say that Matt's hallucinating. However, the reaction of the girl didn't seem like: Oh my God, my boyfriend's crazy, rather than: Oh my God, my boyfriend's gay because she looked back slightly to look at Troye. If Troye was dead, that wouldn't happen, would it?
Well, if Troye as dead, maybe the girl was looking at where we saw Troye (but he wasn't there) and being like "What the hell is my boyfriends doing aggressively hugging the air?"
at the beginning of wild you can see someone running to the cliff and thats troye. then at the end of fools Troye dies. and talk me down. Troye is at his own funeral. No one can see him because yes he is dead. So you are right Matt is seeing things. He wishes Troye was there and thats why he is there
Derek Vickers I thought the same thing because he was basically singing about begging someone to come and "talk him down" or to soothe him out of suicide
It's not Troye's funeral, it's the dad's. Why would the blond boy have flashbacks of his dad and end up hugging Troye? The song is about the other boy's suicide. It is clear that the funeral is the father's.
dude it's up to interpretation. Personally I think it's interesting AND believable that it could be Troye's funeral. The people don't notice him there, as if he's a ghost. The family there resemble Troye much more than the other boy. The father didn't attend cuz he hated Troye. The girl attended cuz she's still together with the guy. The video is obviously made for people to assume it's the dad's funeral, right? It's "pretty clear" with the flashbacks. Then you can look at it another way, Troye is at his OWN funeral. The boy is able to see him, or imagine him there so the girl would obviously look really confused if he's hugging the air. The boy kills himself cause he wants to be with Troye etc etc
Why would the boy have flashbacks of moments with his father if it were Troye's funeral? That fact trumps the interpretation that it could be Troye's. I agree that the interpretation is nice and I'd find it even better if it were the case, but I just can't see how it would be possible considering what the video shows. The rest of the trilogy is very literal, showing exactly what happens, so if it were Troye's funeral and if he were a ghost, I think it would've been more clear in the video..
Well, it was the dad’s funeral, but Matt didn’t want to be with the girl, he only did that because of his and Troyes safety because of his dad. But they both do end up committing suicide together
If you rewatch the video on the last one it does not show any of them jumping off the cliff it shows them standing there so you have to use your imagination whether not you think if they jumped in one of troye interviews he says that he left it up to the viewers to decide whether or not if they jumped or not I felt like they didn't jump
The boys father died because the video was showing flashbacks of the boy and his father and then the boy committed suicide probably because his father died and he was confused about his sexuality.
I think the dad, Troye and Matt(?) died. First, Troye came to Matt's dad's funeral. Then because they couldn't be together so both the boys killed themselve (Sr for my bad English)
guys, no one knows if Troye commuted suicide in fools or talk me down of never and no one knows if Matt committed I Talk Me Down. it's up to you guys, the viewers to decide
A lot of people think it's the dad that died but really Troye is the one who dies...and the other boy commits suicide to be with Troye...just an opinion
McKenna Blaine He isn't actually there he's a ghost... I know it doesn't really make sense but in order to understand I would have to explain the whole video and that would take to long
Also, both of them commit suicide. Troye follows the other boy onto the edge of the cliff, and they jump together. That's why there's a clip of both of them when they were little jumping into the water.
meme trash it's actually based on your perspective as well. I personally think that the dad died because if troye would have died wouldn't the dad be there? but that's my perspective on the video.
Yeah I know, but the scenario where he dies has some loose ends like why the girl reacted that way to the hug, why would he kill himself over his dad and so on
You can imagine he's torn and doesn't know what to do, all the drama with Troye and the girlfriend, and the dad at the same time, he doesn't know what to do, and it's so confusing and stressful, that he just ends it.
Soo cool mommy! Hey kid - convey my thanks to Aunty! Including parents and doing a reaction video, this is so cool, dope! Because we being in same generation, same age we know each other what we think to things like these but in the case of Adults it's completely like Unpredictable. Definitely we'll be curious to know their opinion, views on aspects, topics like these. Again thank you 💐 so much Aunty and thank you Mac.
Does anyone else's audio stop at the beginning of talk me down? Like I've tried refreshing, closing RU-vid, all that but it still doesn't work. I just wanna know if it's the video itself or if it's like my phone or something
