为什么我烤出来的不像你的那样干爽,只有最外面2~3层膨起来,里面的分层不好,而且都是浸着油透明的。是温度不够吗?

I tried baking this cake twice. While baking in the oven, it puffed up to almost double the size of the mold. But afterward, it shrank and wrinkled down to a tiny portion inside the mold. Both of my cakes got ruined this way, even though I carefully followed all the steps each time. I’ve lost interest in baking cakes because of all the wasted ingredients and ruined cakes. Could you kindly help me? How can I make sure the cake turns out properly? It shouldn’t shrink down. The spongy part just becomes a small, dense portion. What’s the solution for this?

可以请问老师- 不用低粉用高粉会更酥吗? 做好一颗多少克?我能提前做好, 冰冻 要吃才烤吗? 谢谢老师

油酥最要用低粉,或者中粉加一部分的淀粉混合让它变成低粉,不建议用高粉

@@ckrislozway 总体的重量÷单数=就是每颗的重量,不建议提前做好,饼皮有黄油遇冷会凝固变硬不容易操作,馅儿可以提前做好把每颗分出来

模具石是视频50g,咸蛋黄需要先蒸熟,不蒸烘烤也可以

my review after trying this recipe for the 2nd time.. i think u put the wrong measurement for milk.. bcs i tried following ur recipe for the first time and the batter was quite dry so i had to add milk few more spoons so that it can be watery texture like urs.. so for the 2nd time i changed 4tsp to 4tbsp and finally i get similar texture as urs.. the rest have no issue.. and tbh, this recipe works for me compared to others bcs i have tried numerous times from tiktok recipe to youtube and finally found urs! 🎉🎉🎉 it's so fluffy and moist just like how i want it to be! even my parents love it! thank u so much! hope u hv a good day ahead!! ❤❤

我试了。蛋糕松软有点干,可能是我减了20g的糖。不过甜度对我们刚好,适合糖尿病者。我做的顶部全开裂了。我用145度,30分钟就熟了。烤好冷了顶部是干的,可是隔天顶部就粘粘湿湿了。
