Theyre not new. May have been classified, but its somewhat recent release is no surprise to anyone familiar with the SM incident. We knew about these back in the early 2000s. Theyd level anything even underground since theyre perfectly fine piercing surfaces before detonation, meaning if someone had an underground tank inside a warhead disassembly base it'd wipe any evidence. But back then, no B-2 bombers wouldve launched from Galena AFB with those. Definitely not.

Those would be great behind front lines but they're driving these over minefields with kamikaze drones lurking overhead. Yeah good luck with those with that thing.

S Korea also uses FA50 for ground attack with anti tank cluster bombs CBU100 which has lower maintenance costs and free up other 4.5 and 5th generation fighter for air to air and other multirole duties. Maintaining a large air force will require high and low fighters to deal with different missions. You can't just field all 5th generation or 4.5 generation for every duties. European countries doesn't make cluster bombs anymore. Only the US and S Korea still makes cluster bombs to deal with bigger wars. Major draw backs buying fighters from European countries is that they are very expensive to operate and parts are not plentiful to deal with sudden attack. Germany's 95% Eurofighters are on the ground waiting for parts. Getting aircraft parts from Italy is also challenging as Poland experienced from buying M346 trainers.

The Ukraine war has revealed that thick and heavy armor on tanks is not an advantage on the battlefield but a critical weakness. This was a point of criticism for the K2 compared to the M1 or Leopard tanks. It has been proven that modern warfare does not require thick and heavy armor but rather active protection systems capable of actively destroying drones and anti-tank missiles. This is because modern shells, anti-tank missiles, and drones can penetrate even the thickest and heaviest armor. However, the M1 and Leopard tanks are already too heavy to add such active protection systems. In contrast, the K2 can accommodate these systems and is actually planned to be equipped with them in the future. Even the aspect that was considered a disadvantage for the K2 has turned out to be an advantage. Ultimately, the K2 is faster, more accurate, provides a more comfortable driving experience, and is capable of active defense against drones and anti-tank missiles. Additionally, the K2 has an attack method that neither the M1 nor the Leopard possesses: it can use special shells to attack the upper part of enemy tanks from a much greater distance. Furthermore, since all wheels are individually controlled by a computer, its hit rate while moving quickly and firing is significantly higher than that of the M1 or Leopard. The fact that the U.S. has abandoned its original plan to develop next-generation tanks with thick and heavy armor. And lighter and more mobile tanks like the K2 is very telling. This change underscores that thick and heavy armor is an outdated concept, as revealed by the current Ukraine war. This is why Poland and Romania chose the K2.

K2 is proven that it has better fire control system and higher mobility than M1 Abram and Leopard 2 tanks. Only K2 offer 2x higher angle of attack with main gun and top attack munition that can hit enemy 8km away over mountains. Ride is also more comfortable with adaptive suspension.

Misleading. Exercises were already underway so part of what you're seeing here are those exercises mixed with search partys. They dont randomly shoot out in the woods and throw smoke grenades when searching for people lol. This video makes NATO look inept and paranoid if one were to think this was all for searching exclusively.
