Always worried about the expenses of building a nice house in the future but really feel that i have nothing to worry about anymore, this is really good and im looking more into it to cut expenses in East Africa
what’s even more crazy is some of these storm shelters that can open up with no problem of heavy weight like a car or a lot of heavy wood that is very impressive in my opinion
that’s cool that some of these storm shelters that can be used to help people survive from tornadoes could kinda be legit kinda small houses underground a lil that’s really cool in my opinion didn’t know that at all
Greedy liars.these things only cost a small fraction of what they sell for.these people are capital ist greedy pigs.they make more money on theses than traditional home builders.what a scamm
Why do you feel you have to fill every second of the video with words? Even redundant and repeated, or contrived words.. and I am not convinced this is not done by a bot... so annoying thumbs down.
bros got negatively for everything how do you think the video will be made and posted the video was very well done and your the one talking shit about it that’s pretty messed up why would you click on it and watch it if it ain’t your type of thing the best thing to do is click off and avoid watching the video that simple buddy
@@techlover978 I thought it would be good. It wasnt. If I had known it wasnt before I watched it. I wouldnt have watched it. (but how would I know if I hadnt watched it?) But why does he keep talking and talking and talking and talking and talking and talking, even when he doesnt have anything to say.... very annoying... if there was a double thumbs down, he would get it. :)
it's unfortunate that there is no tax credit anymore for these. there used to be programs to help pay for shelters in prone areas. many of them. i looked into all i could find and none of them were available. they were mostly defunct and others they don't answer your emails or calls. i saw an above ground cylinder shelter being picked up and mangled i think it was in the rainsville tornado. that's the one i have because it was the only one i could afford (not really i'm paying monthly for it lol). it alleviates my anxiety since i know i have that but after seeing that video i am back to worried and anxious again :(
There is a lot of wrong information in this video and lot or all of problems with the design, construction, maintenance for all of the mentioned buildings is omitted. This is just marketing video.
Oh jeez I started out watching tornado videos and here I am now looking at these safety rooms, wondering where I can store a rescue pod should I ever need it and if I can convince my husband we need one just in case 😅 😂😂
This is called the GaBlok system, deveoped in Belgium. I found RU-vid videos going back to 2020. One shows the 2nd story floor system (box trusses). The pitched roof requires traditional wood trusses. Haven't found one showing how the finish interior walls. I suppose 2x2 vertical studs can be applied so electrical wires can run behind drywall. Plumbing presents more chalkenges though.
