There is obviously a lot more going on here than anyone can discern from the videos. It seems like this child really wants to be where she is at, given she has an attorney and is apparently communicating with the attorney. Btw does anyone know how old Emma is currently?
She's 13. She wants to be where she is because she doesn't know a life with stability. All of Lauren's kids were removed by CPS and or live with other parent/caregivers because she's dangerous. Emma and her young brothers have been dragged around for a year now in hiding. No school, no proper home, no medical care (because that would get Lauren arrested) The abuse and neglect her kids have experienced is intense. Emma may want to be with her, but she doesn't know how wrong everything in her life is. She was appointed a lawyer but even that lawyer can't communicate with her directly and know for certain that she's actually talking to Emma. It's really a scary situation. The link in the description to the innocents alliance is loaded with information not in the video. Trust me, if you check that out you'll have no doubt that this child is endangered.

No its not a natural thing to pierce your nose as a teenager snd its not natural to say the issues the child is under is due to been a teenage. Yall always ne blaming the children and using chemical medications in her. She dont need no medication its the parents who need to get those.medicals. My diagnosis is to get the child far far away. Trust and believe that after this hearing one of the first things he did was hop onto Reddit and/or Twitter to complain about how courts are BiAsEd to women 🥴. He will seethe for a long time because three women in this hearing did not put up with or acquiesce to his BS lololol. It’s clear he’s used to being a nuisance and getting his own way, and interrupting and talking over others, bogging them down with his almost incoherent rambling. I very rarely feel this way in watching situations where a parent is in prison but my heart absotively posolutely aches for Dad, here, because he seems to have addressed his misdeeds (whatever they were) and is sober and he is heartbroken over Mom's deal and knowing he can't do anything to help his children at the moment 💔❤️🩹
When is removal enough judge. A deceased child???!!! Cuz if dad did what he did in this case, i dont think that monster doesn't even deserve being called father. These babies have been thru enough. What new info will birth and sperm donors learn. What magic pill do u think will be given. First 3 times didn't work, but hey, let's try again. What's the harm right. I am digusted. This is an example that happens too frequently, and we lose beautiful babies to God.
After paramedics arrived, the supervisor should have immediately left with the children. The supervisor should be fired and the out of touch judge needs to retire.

Neither the transportation person nor the supervisor should have a job right now. and no one questioned why mom was allowed to drive with her kid in the car, and not the transportation person? something is seriously wrong with this county. (and the judge isn't as funny as he thinks he is)
Fentanyl is so awful! My cousin died last night. One of my friends sons died 3 weeks ago. We need serious and easily accessible medically assisted treatments. While it seems crazy that the transport woman kept the scheduled visit going, the paramedics leaving and telling her to stay and watch her…what else could she do? I think she went above and beyond to do the best she can. Look how insightful Dad is…clean minded and caring. I’m going to pray for this family and specifically for Amber to overcome her cancer and her addiction.
This visit supervisor needs to be FIRED. When the paramedics got there she should have told them what was up and that she had to get the kids out of there. You do NOT continue the visit if you suspect drugs have been used. Let alone after having them witness her OD. What in the actual shit?!
24:40 Yes, there is the 1st amendment; however, the NICU of a hospital is NOT a public forum, even though it's in a public hospital. The right to record that yahoo claims mom had at the time likely does not exist at all in this situation. What about the rights of the other parents & patients? Would mom's rights (that she didn't know she had, that she likely doesn't have here) trump their rights??? I hope someone not as big of a turd as dad's lawyer tells the nurse to get clarification from the hospital's legal department. I would've loved it if when dad's lawyer asked what the nurse was doing that she didn't want recorded Judge Graham had called him out for that b.s.!!!!
