Now that I have finished comparing the stories of the OG to the games, it's time to do the same for the GO series, taking place 10 years after the events of the OG series: The beginning with the cathedral is roughly the same, but there is an extra scene afterward, showing a stadium with a crowd chanting "Fifth Sector." Sitting on a highly placed throne of the stadium lies the same wavy-haired man seen in the cathedral. He announces to the crowd that soccer is meant to be enjoyed equally by all and that all wins and losses should be in accordance with that aim. Coach Kudou Michiya/Percival Travis is seen in one of the seats, exclaiming how rotten to the core soccer is now, along with a familiar character in the same stand who says this is just a political rally disguised as an exhibition match. As our new main protagonist, Matsukaze Tenma/Arion Sherwind, is heading to school, he meets a familiar friend that we'll call "S" by the riverside soccer pitch. They talk about how Tenma plans to make it into the Raimon Soccer Club, but two of the Inazuma Kids FC players, Munakata Hiroto/Herman Muller and Terasaka Hibiki/Taylor Higgins, overhear the two and recommend that Tenma should do a bit of practice beforehand. After they have a quick 5-on-5 kickabout match, Tenma heads to Raimon Junior High and finds the old and now-abandoned Raimon Soccer Club. Otonashi Haruna/Celia Hills meets with Tenma as well, and the two go to find the newer soccer club, but not before seeing coach Kudou head up to the principal Kinzan Gouzou's/Henry Goldwin's office, where he is lectured for not following an order from Fifth Sector. Coach Kudou excuses himself, saying that he just needs to give it some time. Haruna shows Tenma around the atrium of the clubroom until a local NPC notifies Haruna on behalf of the "reserve players" at the front pitch. Together with coach Kudou, they see the reserve players attempting to hold out against one player who kicks a soccer ball with a dark aura, defeating them all easily. The powerful boy, who you already know, is Tsurugi Kyousuke/Victor Blade, brags about how Raimon soccer is dead, but coach Kudou tells the boy that this is only the reserve team. The scene is relatively the same as in the anime, with Tenma getting angry at Tsurugi's anti-soccer comments and then struggling against his blows. Tsurugi then uses Death Sword/Doomsword Slash out of boredom to finish Tenma off. Haruna begs for Tenma to get out of the way, but Tenma refuses, saying that he came here because he wanted to play soccer ever since a very certain day (the flashback of when you saw that Gouenji saved him from an event that would've wounded Tenma). Suddenly, a dark aura surrounds Tenma, and he then stops the ball. Tsurugi expresses frustration but turns to interest when the Raimon soccer club captain, Shindou Takuto/Riccardo Di Rigo, shows up with the team. The 3D graphics of the GO series have gotten huge buff since OG, along with 3D cutscenes as well. On the topic of Fuyukai Suguru/Frank Wintersea still being here and not in jail, your guess is honestly as good as mine. There's not really a whole lot of things explained in the GO series during the 10-year time skip, and it feels like the writers just expect you to roll with it. While the GO series will never reach the height of the OG series in my eyes, it could be fun to watch in some ways for some people. And I gotta say, Death Sword is such a great move to look at and a good introduction to the series. I do like how the anime adds a 3-cut editing technique that transistions into the field around the user turning dark, but I like how the game version is much more straight to the point with a sword sound effect at the beginning.
@@FubukiSeba (Hiding this for a spoiler warning) Welp, looks like we're at the GO series now. Of all the shit GO villains, which one was the least infuriating?
@@Loner098 [Spoilers] sexo I actually fucking love Saru and Fei. Ozrok is aight too lol. Aside from Go1 I actually dont hate the villains at all, even smaller ones tend to be fun and diverse. I still prefer the og baddies, but ye, Fei rules. I think Ares and especially Orion have bigger problems when it comes to villains lol
Here we go. Inazuma Eleven Go is honestly really good aswell, maybe it doesn't quite hit the highs of the OG but there still a lot of great stuff in it.
If you remember Episode 1 of the first season compared to this Episode 1, well this season has definitely gone off on a very different start to say the least. It’s also a very efficient Episode 1 though, introducing and reintroducing a lot of characters, telling us about quite a few plot points, showing the full complete Raimon Eleven, and even showing a Hissatsu Shoot, Death Sword, well this is just a great first episode and all. And the guys in white who got destroyed by Tsurugi are the backup squad yeah, they’re the Raimon Second team.
Missing the ogre movie is fine, plot wise. That said, the movie for the go series is actually somewhat canon. That means that if you dont at least watch it on your own time, you wont quite understand some of the story later on.
(Spoiler for Chrono Stone down below) Something that the next entry, GO Chrono Stone, reveals is that when people are moving through time, it can create multiple timelines where multiple versions of people exist and can mutually resonate with one another, giving them extra strength and abilities.
Alright, now I can finally tell you how the post-credits played for the games: Instead of showing the graduation ceremony and the graduation match, the scene cuts to a congratulation billboard as a random youngster is scene kicking a soccer ball around while wearing Inazuma Japan's uniform. The kid notices the billboard and decides to draw a lightning bolt in the ground at some nearby park after noticing Endou's lightning bolt symbol on the uniform. That's when the lightning bolt in the ground begins to shine brightly, as the scene then flashes forward to the kid, now seemingly an adult, in a soccer stadium full of cheering crowds and playing for Japan. His lone teammate walks to his side as they look at each other with determination in their eyes. The whistle is then blown, as the now-adult youngster kicks the ball to the side, causing it to transition into a blank void and leaving space for the title card "Inazuma Eleven." The screen pans once again to a picture of Endou and his teammates celebrating their victory, as a man's voice with subtitles begins to read, "The legend of Endou Mamoru/Mark Evans and the Inazuma Eleven gave courage to soccer players across the globe. Even now, if you really listen, you can hear his voice... Those are the simple words that have given strength to so many. 'Let's play soccer!'" The screen then turns dark, with a simple message, "The End." In addition, there's also a "secret" ending you can obtain by simply defeating Little Gigant again in the post-game. It's a cutscene with no dialogue that shows what everyone else is doing afterward: Endou and Inazuma Japan are seen inside the dormitory when Furukabu calls them outside to show them Fidio and Rushe. The other FFI team captains, Edgar, Teles, Mark, Dylan & Domon, and Mac show up to throw a small party of sorts back inside the dormitory. Rushe seems to show a small amount of interest in Fudou for unknown reasons. Daisuke Endou and Rococo also show up, presumably to thank them all for the match before leaving. Back at the Liocott International Airport, everyone is seen talking to Inazuma Japan before they leave while Team Garshield watches them without anyone else noticing. Back in Inazuma Town, Endou is seen telling his parents all about Daisuke Endou, and then the scene pans over to the Junior High Soccer Association Headquarters/Football Federation Building, where Prime Minister Zaizen Sousuke/Stuart Vanguard is congratulating Inazuma Japan for their victory. Back at the Toranoya restaurant, Toramaru and his family are seen giving food for Inazuma Japan. Tobitaka is seen kicking soccer with his ruffian buddies, but when Karasu shows up, he shows them a soccer ball, so they play a kick-off with him as Hibiki watches from a distance and then walks away. At the Ohisama En, Hiroto returns to coach Hitomiko and the now-reformed Aliea Academy players. At the Inazuma General Hospital, Gouenji's dad is seen talking to him and then kicks a soccer ball with him. At Hakuren, Endou, Someoka, Gouenji, and Fubuki are seen near the tree that Fubuki spent during his childhood. As they leave, Fubuki stops for a moment due to an apparition of Atsuya looking back at him before quickly disappearing. Back at Liocott Island, Aphrodi, Burn, and Gazel are talking to an old man who knows of the Legend of Liocott Island. Burn and Gazel go to the game's respective team (either Messengers of the Sky for Lightning Bolt or Hell Army Z for Bomb Blast) to challenge them. At the Liocott Hospital, Domon, Aki, Mark, and Dylan are there to see Ichinose, who had recovered from his surgery. Rika and Touko show up soon after. At Teikoku Academy, Kidou and Sakuma see Fudou, but they simply walk past each other. Endou and Fuyuka are seen looking at Inazuma Town from atop the Inazuma Tower. As they head back down, they find Natsumi and Aki, who seemingly want to tell him something. Near the entrance of the Italian camp, Rushe brings Orpheus to play a soccer match with Team K. On the field of Garshield's mansion, Team Garshield is playing soccer as Daisuke Endou and Rococo watch from the sideline before leaving. Back at Raimon Junior High, as Endou is seen looking at the clock on the wall, Shishido and Kabeyama call him over to show him the FFI teams who've they played against now standing outside on the field. To everyone else's excitement, they put on their Inazuma Japan uniform to play soccer once again as the screen fades to black. And so, the journey to the original Inazuma Eleven series has finally come to an end. Without a doubt, it was one of the most enjoyable shows I have ever watched. Finishing the journey with God Hand can not be a more satisfying way to end the journey. Since you'll probably watch the Inazuma Eleven GO series next, I'd say the Team Ogre Attacks movie can safely be skipped, as I don’t think there's much to offer due to the villains' placement in the story not making much sense and the awkward power scaling. But anyways, thank you for enjoying the Inazuma Eleven series all this way. Also, consider yourself to be the first known English-speaking RU-vidr to do a reaction video on every single episode.
Man when Someoka says it’s like they’re back at the beginning it’s hits different, it would make a grown man cry fr, it’s just such a perfect final episode, I just can’t believe it’s over every time I watch this episode haha…
It's about 5 friends being messed with by a supernatural being. It's about the strength of their friendships through heavy trials like suddenly being able to hear eachother's thoughts and so on
