Right then, so in the games for Garshield Bayhan/Zoolan Rice, just a little before the interview conference with Brazil, they met with Prime Minister Zaizen Sousuke again, who explained that Garshield Bayhan/Zoolan Rice is not only the coach of Brazil, but also a CEO of an oil trading company as well as the CEO of the FFI. When Detective Onigawara asked Kageyama, who was truly behind the string of the Inazuma Eleven Bus accident 40 years prior, Kageyama revealed the person to be Garshield himself. When Endou and the others meet the FFI captains after learning of Kageyama's death, Domon suspected Garshield to have been behind it, but Teles didn't believe so. The FFI teams' captains stop Inazuma Japan, but only to let them know that they won't let Garshield harm soccer and WILL protect the sport Kageyama loved so much from Garshield. Alright, time for more story comparisons, because this is a LONG one: So, at one point, Aki receives a phone call from an unknown number, who then asked to speak with Endou and that the mysterious caller asked Endou to speak to them at the Japanese dormitory. There, they meet with Brazil's captain, Mac Ronijo/Mac Robingo, who asks Inazuma Japan to throw the match, but it goes refused like in the anime. Hiroto asked what Endou thought of this dilemma, to which Endou responds how Mac now looks unusually sad than in his many matches. Kidou suggests that Garshield is behind all of this since he is also Brazil's coach, so Endou then suggests that they head to the Brazilian camp for more answers. Eventually, Inazuma Japan comes across one kid who is seemingly being harassed by three locals over Mac's plays. They at one point get a dog to attack the boy, but Endou stops the dog from attacking the kid. Just then, a soccer ball is kicked at the dog and is revealed to have been kicked by Mac Ronijo himself. The kid seemed ecstatic to see Mac would come in to help him, but is surprised to see Mac apologizing for the kid's actions (that the kid apparently didn't do) and that he would not do it again. The three other locals walk away in a tone of mockery while the kid expresses severe disappointment in Mac, who the kid said he saw as a hero, and ran away in tears. Endou then asks who those mysterious strangers were, and Mac revealed that they were men who were working for Garshield. Seeing how Garshield could stoop this low, Mac decides that he himself must put a stop to Garshield by finding incriminating evidence. Endou offers assistance, but Mac insists that he must do it alone, as this is Brazil's problem. Hiroto then wonders what kind of incriminating evidence Mac could search for in Garshield's mansion, so Endou suggests that they search Garshield's mansion to find out. Inazuma Japan then sneaks into one of the main computers of the mansion, and Megane, who is apparently with them to fit for such a cutscene, decides to hack into the data base to steal the information onto a USB. Endou suggests they should read it, but Kidou tells him that they don't have time and must flee until then. As they leave Garshield's mansion, they are stopped by Lubbock "Henk" Henktacker/Phil A. Minion (Garshield's assistant) and some other apparent guards. Kidou recognizes that some of the guards who were with Henk were also the ones who stopped them from joining with the others in the Argentinian match. The guards then snatch back the evidence from Megane, so they just play a 4-on-4 kick about to win the evidence back. After Inazuma Japan obtains the evidence, more guards show up, and just as it looks like Inzuma Japan could be screwed, a certain individual, who I won't spoil for you just, yet shows up to help them escape. Kidou starts feeling this was all too easy as they make their way back to the Japanese dormitory. There, they read many things about Garshield, like his oil company, Universal Petroleum, losing stocks, as well as a large supply of military weaponry demand. This causes Hibiki and Inazuma Japan to theorize that Garshield is planning on starting a war. Hiroto then points out that Prime Minister Zaizen Sousuke did mention that tensions between countries have been rising ever since the tournament began. Endou, angered at Garshield's doing, becomes determined not to let soccer be used for such evil, so Hibiki then takes the responsibility to take the evidence over to the FFI board. Outside the Japanese dormitory, Inazuma Japan finds the same kid who was being harassed by Garshield's men with one of the other Brazil players, Lagarto Carlos/Carlos Lagarto (the same dude you saw who revealed The Kingdom's dark secret in the anime). The kid was actually revealed to have been Lagarto's younger brother, and Fubuki then asks Lagarto why Mac would ask Inazuma Japan to throw the match, and Lagarto then reveals the rest of the dark truth behind Brazil's The Kingdom the same way in the anime. Gouenji then tells Lagarto that they plan to arrest Garshield by showing the incriminating evidence over to the police, which fills Lagarto with relief. Back in the dormitory, Inazuma Japan is wondering what is taking Hibiki so long, as they have not heard from him for some time. Fudou makes a smug remark that Hibiki is an adult, and that it's only natural not to have heard from him, which irritates Tobitaka, but just then, Aki shows up to tell Endou bad news: Hibiki has collapsed and is now rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery. This surprises Fudou just a little because he only responded with "...!" Inazuma Japan then rushes to the hospital to see Hibiki, who apologizes for not being able to successfully get the evidence to the FFI board. That's when the doctor mentions Hibiki's heart condition and tells Inazuma Japan that they must leave for the surgery to begin, but Hibiki asks for a few words with our protagonists. The same dialogue is pretty much spat out as in the anime, generally about continuing to fight no matter how tough things may be off the pitch. Fudou then suggests Detective Onigawara send the evidence over to the FFI board, so they head to Turtle Stadium, where they explain everything that's just happened to Detective Onigawara and hand him the evidence. At the pitch, they speak with Mac again, and both parties already know what they're doing now. Gouenji insists that he doesn't forgive Mac for asking inazuma Japan to throw the match, but is aware that he too wants to play a fair game with them. Just before the match begings, Inazuma Japan and The Kingdom are surprised to see that Garshield shows up anyway. Confused as to why they are here, Detective Onigawara reveals that they did not arrest Garshield despite the hard evidence being shown, as some of the members of the FFI board are working with Garshield to keep his reputation clean. Detective Onigawara suggests there may be some more available evidence to incriminate Garshield, so Endou suggests that certain individual who they met at the mansion may have more evidence on Garshield. Through the maze of the Turtle Stadium, Endou finds that individual with Natsumi, and they did have evidence of documents to give. Endou heads back to the pitch to give Detective Onigawara the additional proof, and the match soon begins. Phew. That was a LONG one. But yeah, Garshield Bayhan is the major villain of the FFI arc, and he kinda sucks.
I thought Kageyama was a bastard but this guy takes it to a whole different level.(Kageyama is still the best villain tho) And also Garshield is basically a comic book villain isn't he lol.
