Hi! I do have left handed students, I find that playing the bowls with 2 hands is a challenge for both left and right handed people. What I usually recommend to students is to spend extra time practicing with eyes closed with only the non-dominant hand.

I bought these from iSingingBowls.com these are New Tibetan bowls. I would recommend purchasing some in the lower 3rd octave range and then you can build your set by adding higher notes.

I've been to sound baths where the bowls are played on a table.

They can be played on a table. Mostly you want to make sure they are at a good height that is comfortable for you to play. 🙏🏽
